甘做山村“泥瓦匠”

今年56歲的馮成文是淄博市沂源縣燕崖鎮(zhèn)計寶峪村的黨支部書記。這位有著25年黨齡的老黨員，為了山村的建設(shè)發(fā)展，甘當(dāng)村里的“泥瓦匠”。

2017年，有著一身泥瓦匠好手藝的馮成文被推選為村黨支部書記。上任后，為改變山村基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施差的狀況，馮成文在村集體經(jīng)濟(jì)薄弱的情況下，積極變身泥瓦匠角色，帶領(lǐng)村里的鄉(xiāng)親們鑿石開路、挖山填溝，用一年多的時間，依靠上級資金的扶持，硬化了連村路和村內(nèi)道路，完成了自來水戶戶通工程，徹底改變了山村基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施差的狀況。

為把山村建設(shè)得更美麗，2018年，馮成文又一次擔(dān)當(dāng)起美麗山村建設(shè)的泥瓦匠。在建設(shè)資金不足的情況下，馮成文發(fā)動村里的群眾，自己動手建設(shè)美麗家園。他和鄉(xiāng)親們一起，本著“自己能干的工程全部自己干”的原則，把土地開發(fā)整理挖出來的石塊，通過肩挑人抬運(yùn)到建設(shè)工地上，再把石塊鑿成一塊塊料石，鋪砌起一條條石路，修建出一處處石屋民宿，壘出一個個人造景觀，同時利用村民修剪下來的果樹枝搭建起步道柵欄。

短短2年多的時間，這個僅有158戶、400余人的小山村，用不足百萬的投入，完成了預(yù)算300多萬元的建設(shè)工程，使一個集“美景、美食、美宿”于一體的旅游特色村初現(xiàn)。目前，計寶峪村已建起精品民宿28間，并開始投入營業(yè)，村集體每年也有了近30萬元的經(jīng)濟(jì)收入?？粗酱逡稽c(diǎn)點(diǎn)地變美，在馮成文心中，他這個泥瓦匠角色便當(dāng)?shù)弥怠?p>

IM A RURAL “MASON”

56-year-old Feng Chengwen is the Party Branch Secretary of Jibaoyu Village， Yanya Town， Y i y u a n C o u n t y ， Z i b o C i t y ， Shandong. As a senior party member of 25 years standing， he is willing to be a “mason” in the village to serve mountain village construction and development.

In 2017， Feng Chengwen with his skillful masonry workmanship was elected as party branch secretary of the village. After coming into office， to improve the poor infrastructure of the mountain village， he actively played the role of a mason， and led the villagers to cut paths， excavate mountains and fill trenches despite the weak collective economy. Besides， they spent over a year surfacing a 5km-long inter-village road and a 1.8km-long village road in relying on financial support from higher authorities， and completed the tap water project extending it to each family， thereby completely upgrading the poor infrastructure of the village.

To build a better mountain village， in 2018， Feng Chengwen served as a mason again in the construction of a beautiful village. For over two years， there have been more than 5，000 voluntary workers in the small village of only 158 households and more than 400 residents. Over the past two years， with an investment of less than RMB 1 million， Feng Chengwen has led the villagers to complete a construction project with a budget of more than RMB 3 million， thereby initially forming a characteristic tourist village that integrates “Fine Views， Food and Accommodation”.
