Mum plays an important role in a family.

We should understand how hard she works for us.

Last Sunday， I helped my mum make dumpling for dinner.

First， I mixed water and flour， and made them into a dough（面團(tuán)）.

Then， we cut the large dough into many small pieces.

Next， I rolled a small dough with a rolling pin into a round dumpling wrapper.

At last， I put some filling（餡） in the center of the dumpling wrapper， and folded it up.

A dumpling was finished.

Mum was very happy when we had dinner.

I helped mum. I was very happy， too.
