到過(guò)山東的人,大都對(duì)這里的自然風(fēng)景印象深刻。這里有流經(jīng)山東九市、蜿蜒千里的黃河,有全長(zhǎng)超過(guò)3300公里的美麗海岸線,還有逾5400平方公里的黃河三角洲。豐富的自然風(fēng)貌孕育了風(fēng)格各異的美景,也造就了這片土地悠久的歷史和燦爛的文明。
山東是“人文沃土”,更是“手造沃土”?!爸粦{風(fēng)力健,不假羽毛豐。紅線凌空去,青云有路通。”提到山東的傳統(tǒng)手工藝,很多人首先想到的大概是濰坊風(fēng)箏。全球每10個(gè)風(fēng)箏中就有7個(gè)來(lái)自濰坊,這大抵可以看作濰坊風(fēng)箏走出國(guó)門、為世人皆知的一大數(shù)字支撐。
事實(shí)上,在齊魯大地上傳承千年的“生活美學(xué)”,不只人們所熟知的濰坊風(fēng)箏。如今,省內(nèi)豐富的非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)和傳統(tǒng)手工藝資源,化身“山東手造”,汲取祖輩的營(yíng)養(yǎng),在諸多現(xiàn)代元素的影響下“舒枝展葉”,生發(fā)出最美的模樣,結(jié)出文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的金果銀果。
在孔子故里,背包穿梭于大小景區(qū),包上如果不掛個(gè)Q版的孔子、孟子玩偶,總覺(jué)得有點(diǎn)跟不上潮流;尼山世界文明論壇期間,“仁、義、禮、智、信”套裝悄然走紅尼山圣境;高考季,孔子博物館推出以佑考為主題的“考不倒”不倒翁文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)品,頗受歡迎……一座城市文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)業(yè)火爆的背后,是其城市文脈的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)造。
眼下,文創(chuàng)正以獨(dú)特的方式講述城市的文化故事,也書寫著城市的氣質(zhì)和內(nèi)涵。作為中國(guó)電影的搖籃,青島孕育了中國(guó)電影史上的許多第一。位于西海岸新區(qū)的青島東方影都,從一片灘涂出發(fā),到如今登上“世界版圖”,以文化軟實(shí)力帶動(dòng)著城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。山東各地,文創(chuàng)產(chǎn)業(yè)與城市互促共進(jìn),品牌影響力和城市名片效應(yīng)不斷放大。
創(chuàng)意賦能,傳統(tǒng)文化的生命力轉(zhuǎn)化為生產(chǎn)力。近年來(lái),山東省高度重視文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,先后在文化旅游、文化科技、文化金融等方面出臺(tái)了一系列政策措施,產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模持續(xù)壯大,新業(yè)態(tài)、新模式、新動(dòng)能加速成長(zhǎng)。2021年,全省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)向好向優(yōu)發(fā)展勢(shì)頭良好,全省規(guī)模以上文化企業(yè)數(shù)達(dá)到2782家,實(shí)現(xiàn)營(yíng)業(yè)收入6152.4億元,比上年增長(zhǎng)24.4%,高出全國(guó)8.4個(gè)百分點(diǎn);兩年平均增長(zhǎng)15.8%,高出全國(guó)6.9個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。
文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)是山東省重點(diǎn)發(fā)展的新舊動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換十強(qiáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,既是滿足人民美好生活需要的重要途徑,又是文化強(qiáng)省建設(shè)的重要支撐。4月7日,山東發(fā)布《關(guān)于推動(dòng)文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展的若干措施》,提升文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。山東手造、創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)、文化智能制造、影視創(chuàng)意、網(wǎng)絡(luò)視聽(tīng)、動(dòng)漫游戲、數(shù)字演藝娛樂(lè)、文化會(huì)展、數(shù)字出版與綠色印刷、研學(xué)文旅,這十大重點(diǎn)發(fā)展領(lǐng)域或?qū)⒊蔀槔瓌?dòng)各地經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的新引擎。
從文化元素的深度提煉,到創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)的點(diǎn)石成金,再到科技力量的精巧轉(zhuǎn)化,山東讓有形的產(chǎn)品延伸著文化產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,助推著相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),展示著文化的魅力,綻放出文化之蓬勃。
In recent years,Shandong has attached great importance to the development of the cultural &creative industry,issued a series of policies and measures concerning cultural tourism,cultural technology,and cultural finance,continued to expand the industry size,and accelerated the development of new business forms,modes,and growth drivers.In 2021,Shandong’s cultural industry maintained a sound momentum of positive development.Shandong had 2,782 cultural enterprises above designated size,and realized business revenue of RMB 615.24 billion,an increase of 24.4% over the previous year,8.4% higher than the national average;realized an average growth of 15.8% in the past two years,6.9%higher than the national average.
The cultural &creative industry is one of the top 10 industries for replacing old growth drivers with new ones,to which priority is given in Shandong.It is not only an important approach of meeting the people’s needs for a better life,but also important support for building a strong cultural province.On April 7,Shandong issued theto improve the core competitiveness of the industry.The top 10 priority areas,including Shandong handicrafts,creative design,culture-oriented smart manufacturing,film &TV creativity,network video and audio systems,anime games,digital performance &entertainment,cultural conventions &exhibitions,digital publishing &green printing,study tours &cultural tourism,are likely to become new engines stimulating regional economic growth,and building stronger cultural confidence.
