Over seven years， a book restorer embarked on a journey across 13 provinces and autonomous regions in China to search for traditional handmade papermaking sites. Combining personal experiences with a professional perspective， Wang Fan examined the techniques and inheritance status of traditional handmade papermaking in different regions， documenting every detail of her “Paper-Seeking” journey.
