My Eating Habits

I am a student of Grade Three in Yongxing Primary School， and I have some regular eating habits.

In the morning， my parents will prepare a nutritious and delicious breakfast for me. I like to eat the pancakes made by my father.

At noon， I have lunch at school. The nutrition of the meal is balanced， and I try to eat up everything in my bowl.

When we get home at night， I will eat some light food（清淡的食物） and drink a glass of milk as a sleeping aid.

I will continue to maintain healthy eating habits， which is helpful for my growth.
