群眾提出的建議得到采納、群眾反映的問題得到解決、群眾正當(dāng)?shù)臋?quán)益得到保障，全過程人民民主使國家政治生活和社會(huì)生活各環(huán)節(jié)、各方面都能聽到人民聲音，體現(xiàn)人民意愿。

本期“新時(shí)代 新征程 新重慶”系列報(bào)道，我們關(guān)注沙坪壩區(qū)石井坡街道，試圖在一個(gè)最基層的行政區(qū)域里透視全過程人民民主的重慶實(shí)踐?！督袢罩貞c》記者在采訪期間看到，不論是國家立法還是基層群眾自治，全過程人民民主落實(shí)到了每一項(xiàng)條款修訂、每一次意見征集、每一次議事會(huì)討論中，人民意愿得到充分表達(dá)，群眾獲得感、幸福感、安全感、認(rèn)同感也在參與民主過程中得到充分提升。

“民主”與“民心”相通，才能畫出最大同心圓。

The proposals put forward by the masses are adopted， the problems they reflect are solved and their rights and interests are safeguarded. The wholeprocess peoples democracy enables the state to hear the voice of the people in all aspects of political and social life， thus enabling the will of the people to be manifested.

In this issue of the "New Era， New Journey， New Chongqing" series of reports， we came to the Shijingpo Street in Shapingba District， trying to get a glimpse of Chongqings practice of the whole-process peoples democracy in one of the most grassroots administrative districts. During the interview， the reporter from Chongqing Today saw that whether it is national legislation or grassroots mass self-governance， the wholeprocess peoples democracy has been implemented in every revision of the articles， every collection of opinions， every council， so that peoples will has been fully expressed， and their sense of obtaining， happiness， security， and identity has also been fully enhanced in the process of participating in the democratic process.

It is only when "democracy" and"peoples hearts" are in harmony that the greatest concentric circles can be drawn.
