Daniel Filmus， Minister of the Ministry of Science， Technology and Innovation of the Argentine Republic， Visting Chongqing

From September 3 to 5， Daniel Filmus， Minister of the Ministry of Science， Technology and Innovation of the Argentine Republic led a delegation to Chongqing， attending the Smart China Expo 2023 and the China-CELAC Digital Technology Cooperation Forum 2023.

On September 4， in his speech at the China-CELAC Digital Technology Cooperation Forum 2023， Daniel Filmus noted that this event provided an opportunity to strengthen cooperation in science and technology between China and CELAC. Cooperation with China is crucial for Argentina. Therefore， Argentina hopes to have more cooperation with China. Argentina is currently developing an innovation strategy for national science and technology advancement， in a bid to promote digital technology cooperation with other countries and apply scientific and technological outcomes to various sectors including agriculture， medical care， education， and manufacturing. The goal is to empower agriculture and animal husbandry and increase the value of related products.

During the Expo， Daniel Filmus visited the exhibition hall to learn about intelligent manufacturing and new-generation intelligent technology products.

In addition， he toured the Dazu Rock Carvings and highly praised the craftsmanship and preservation efforts of the scenic area.

9月4日，丹尼爾·菲爾穆斯在2023中國一拉美和加勒比國家數(shù)字技術(shù)合作論壇上致辭表示，本次活動為中國同拉美和加勒比國家加強科技合作提供了機會，對阿根廷來說，與中國的合作至關(guān)重要，希望和中國開展更多合作。阿根廷正在制定國家科技發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略，希望促進阿根廷與其他國家的數(shù)字化技術(shù)合作，進一步把科學技術(shù)發(fā)展應(yīng)用于農(nóng)業(yè)、醫(yī)療、教育、制造業(yè)等各個領(lǐng)域，為農(nóng)業(yè)畜牧業(yè)賦能，提高相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的附加值。

智博會期間，丹尼爾·菲爾穆斯還專門前往展館觀展，了解智能制造和新一代智能技術(shù)產(chǎn)品。

此外，丹尼爾·菲爾穆斯還參觀了大足石刻，對石刻的工藝和保護給予了高度評價。
