當今的中國,農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化蓬勃發(fā)展,智慧農(nóng)業(yè)技術市場廣闊。
我來自奧地利,有20多年農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗,曾帶領團隊研發(fā)出全球第一臺無線農(nóng)業(yè)氣象站、第一套低成本無線農(nóng)業(yè)傳感器網(wǎng)絡系統(tǒng)。
2019年,我在南京開始創(chuàng)業(yè)。即便受到新冠疫情影響企業(yè)業(yè)績?nèi)詫崿F(xiàn)逆勢增長,年產(chǎn)值每年翻番。我的目標是讓中國每一位農(nóng)戶都用上數(shù)字農(nóng)業(yè)技術。
談起我和中國的緣分,要先說說我的太太。她叫蘇婷鳳,來自河南商丘,在農(nóng)村長大,對農(nóng)民和農(nóng)業(yè)感情深厚。所以報考大學時,她毫不猶豫地選擇了山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學,大學畢業(yè)后在北京的一家農(nóng)業(yè)公司工作。在一次農(nóng)業(yè)交流活動中,我們相識了。我們都對農(nóng)業(yè)很感興趣,又非常看好中國數(shù)字農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展前景,因此我們走到了一起,喜結(jié)連理。
我擁有計算機軟件、硬件雙碩士學位,精通英語、俄語、德語。2011年,我在奧地利與合伙人共同成立了公司,研發(fā)推廣低成本無線農(nóng)業(yè)傳感器網(wǎng)絡系統(tǒng),曾在全球開展200多個項目。
結(jié)婚后,我退出了合伙公司,我妻子也從北京的公司辭職,我們夫妻走上了創(chuàng)業(yè)的道路。北京、深圳、合肥等城市都留下了我們創(chuàng)業(yè)的身影。最終,我們選擇來到南京,在位于浦口區(qū)的國家現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)科創(chuàng)園落戶創(chuàng)業(yè)。2019年3月8日,江蘇阿農(nóng)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)有限公司(以下簡稱阿農(nóng)物聯(lián)網(wǎng))注冊成立,5月正式運營。我主攻技術,我太太負責市場推廣。
Nowadays, in China, the modernization of agriculture is booming, and the market for intelligent agricultural technology is vast.
As an Austrain, I have more than 20 years of experience in agricultural Internet of Things (IoT). I once led a team in Austria to develop the world’s first wireless agricultural weather station and the first lowcost wireless agricultural sensor network system.
In 2019, I settled in Nanjing to start a business. The performance of my enterprise has grown against the trend under the impact of the epidemic, and the annual output value has doubled every year. My goal is to make digital agriculture available to every farmer in China.
When it comes to my tie with China, I’d like to talk about my wife first. Her name is Su Tingfeng. She comes from Shangqiu, Henan Province. She grew up in the countryside and has a deep affection for farmers and agriculture. Therefore, she chose Shandong Agricultural University without hesitation when applying for the university. After graduating from university, she worked in an agricultural company in Beijing. We met during an agricultural exchange program. Optimistic about the development of China’s digital agriculture and sharing the same interest in agriculture, we tied the knot.
I have a double master’s degree in computer software and hardware and am fluent in English,Russian, and German. In 2011, I set up a company with partners in Austria to develop and promote low-cost wireless agricultural sensor network systems, having carried out more than 200 projects worldwide.
如果問我為什么選擇南京?我的回答是現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展離不開農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術的變革,創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展當然也離不開優(yōu)渥的培育土壤。對我來說,國家農(nóng)創(chuàng)園就是土壤。國家農(nóng)創(chuàng)園為我們提供了非常多的幫助,其中包括政策支持、啟動資金、辦公場地租金減免、人才公寓、發(fā)展服務等等,助推我們快速成長,讓我們創(chuàng)業(yè)無憂。更重要的是,園區(qū)吸引了多個院士團隊入駐。國家農(nóng)創(chuàng)園正逐步成為農(nóng)業(yè)科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化的聚集地、農(nóng)業(yè)科技體制機制模式創(chuàng)新的試驗田。
我有20多年的國際農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗,在俄羅斯、印度、以色列和歐洲的一些國家做了非常多的智慧農(nóng)業(yè)項目。目前,我研發(fā)的智慧農(nóng)業(yè)技術涉及灌溉、溫室、漁業(yè)自動化控制、農(nóng)業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測、Web云平臺搭建等領域。阿農(nóng)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)成立后,我們綜合利用全球人才資源賦能公司發(fā)展,我們在奧地利研發(fā)硬件,在印度開發(fā)軟件系統(tǒng),在中國進行系統(tǒng)集成和產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)銷售。
After getting married, I quit my partnership in Austria, and my wife resigned from her company in Beijing. We started to embark on the path of entrepreneurship. Beijing, Shenzhen, Hefei, and others have left our entrepreneurial figure. Eventually, we chose Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, and settled to start our business in the National Innovation Park for Modern Agri-technology (Nanjing) in Pukou District. Jiangsu AgrioCom IoT Co. was registered and established on March 8, 2019, and officially operated in May. My main focus is technology, and my wife is responsible for marketing.
Why do we choose Nanjing? The development of modern agriculture can not be separated from the transformation of “agricultural IoT technology”, and the development of entrepreneurial enterprises is indeed inseparable from the excellent cultivation of “soil.” For me, the National Innovation Park for Modern Agritechnology (Nanjing) is the “soil”, which provides us with a lot of help, including policy support, start-up capital, office space rent reduction, talent apartments,development services, etc. These services have become a booster for our rapid growth so that we are worryfree in starting a business. More importantly, the park has attracted several academic teams. It is gradually becoming a “gathering place” for transforming agricultural scientific research achievements and a“test field” for innovating agricultural science and technology systems and mechanism models.
我特別注意到,中國連續(xù)19年出臺的中央一號文件都聚焦“三農(nóng)”工作,農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化正在中國蓬勃發(fā)展。《中國農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術發(fā)展報告2019》顯示,綠色化、標準化、智慧化成為中國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢,新零售、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化聯(lián)合體、精準農(nóng)業(yè)等新業(yè)態(tài)多元發(fā)展,為中國農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)提供新動能。
當前,眾多中國高科技企業(yè)看好智慧農(nóng)業(yè)這一市場藍海。物聯(lián)網(wǎng)與人工智能技術被廣泛應用于農(nóng)業(yè)領域,尤其是在產(chǎn)中環(huán)節(jié),物聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳感器得到了大量應用,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)也由此開始布局自己的農(nóng)業(yè)版圖。
在中國現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的大潮中,我切身感受到了前所未有的激烈的市場競爭,其中隱藏的機遇和需求也令我興奮。在中國對中小企業(yè)的大力扶持下,在高速發(fā)展的市場推動下,我希望貢獻出自己全部的智慧與技術,服務于中國智慧農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展,并且吸引更多年輕人加入這個行業(yè)。
阿農(nóng)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)主要研發(fā)農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)設備。與市面上同類產(chǎn)品相比,我們的產(chǎn)品性能獨特、技術參數(shù)高,用戶可一鍵式操作。我們的設備包括農(nóng)業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)、溫室及灌溉自動化控制系統(tǒng)等。我們的目標是讓每一位農(nóng)民受惠于數(shù)字農(nóng)業(yè)。
來南京創(chuàng)業(yè)以后,我們根據(jù)中國的市場需求,將農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)相關技術從2.0升級到3.0,即基于智能云平臺管理操控的無線數(shù)據(jù)檢測設備、無線閥控器、智能施肥機、溫室自動化控制系統(tǒng)等。同時,我們采用了最新的無線通信技術,可以實現(xiàn)在距離10—15公里內(nèi)無線通信。用戶只需拿著手機,就可以實現(xiàn)遠程灌溉,隨時隨地查看農(nóng)場里的各項數(shù)據(jù)情況。
I have over 20 years of experience in international agricultural IoT and have done many innovative agriculture projects in Europe, Russia, India, and Israel. The intelligent agriculture technology I developed currently involves irrigation, greenhouse,fishery automation control and agricultural data monitoring, Web cloud platform building, etc. After starting the business in Nanjing in 2019, the company comprehensively utilizes the advantages of global talents. For example, we research and develop the hardware in Austria, the software system in India, and the system integration and the production and sales in China.
I note that the Chinese government has issued Document No.1 for 19 consecutive years, focusing on the work concerning agriculture, rural areas, and farmers. The modernization of agriculture is booming in China. According to the2019 China Agricultural Industry Development Report, greening, standardization,and intelligence have become the development trend of China’s agriculture in China, and the diversified development of new business models such as new retail, agricultural industrialization consortiums, and precision agriculture has provided a new impetus for China’s agricultural production.
Many high-tech enterprises in China are generally optimistic about intelligent agriculture as a “blue ocean market”. IoT and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are widely used in agriculture. Especially in the production process, IoT sensors have been used in large quantities,and Internet companies have begun to lay out their agricultural map.
I am honored to participate in the development of China’s modern agriculture. I feel the unprecedented fierce competition in the market, but I am also excited by the hidden opportunities and needs. With China’s strong support for small-sized and medium-sized enterprises and driven by the rapid development of the market, I hope to devote all my wisdom and technology to serve the development of China’s smart agriculture and attract more young people to join this industry.
借助這套系統(tǒng),農(nóng)戶勞作極大程度實現(xiàn)了“減負”。本來澆水要花起碼兩個工人的勞動力,現(xiàn)在只需一個人通過手機APP操控設備,就可以隨時完成澆水。另外,農(nóng)戶還能精確掌握土壤的溫、濕度情況,以便降低損失、提高收入。
目前,我們已經(jīng)為全國80多個項目提供了服務,其中包含江蘇的10余個項目。現(xiàn)在,我們正在做的最大項目來自百事(中國)有限公司。2021年,他們在5000畝土豆種植基地試點運用我們的技術設備,今年試點運用面積將增加到3萬—5萬畝。這是一個質(zhì)的飛躍。接下來,我們會繼續(xù)開拓新的市場。
目前,我們的產(chǎn)品已在中國的江蘇、河南、黑龍江、陜西、甘肅、新疆等?。▍^(qū)),以及以色列、德國、烏克蘭、白俄羅斯等國家落地應用,受到廣泛好評。目前阿農(nóng)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)已進入快速化發(fā)展階段。
我認為,真正實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)智能化需要“十年基礎搭建,十年賦能提升”。通過農(nóng)業(yè)人工智能,把農(nóng)民從田間地頭真正解放出來,是我們的夢想。而我們的技術也還在不斷迭代升級,相信未來農(nóng)場里可能真的不需要人來耕作了,或者只需非常少的人就可以完成所有任務。這項技術會搭建一個更加綜合的服務管理平臺,讓大家可以輕松管理自己的農(nóng)場。
現(xiàn)在的農(nóng)業(yè)還處于比較傳統(tǒng)的狀態(tài)。我認為,未來農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展主要分為三大階段:第一階段,大量安裝基礎農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)設備,采集農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)基礎數(shù)據(jù);第二階段,根據(jù)這些數(shù)據(jù)指導自動化控制及管理農(nóng)場;第三階段,實現(xiàn)人工智能化,也就是說人不需要下地了。
Our company mainly researches and develops agricultural IoT equipment. Our products have unique performance and high technical parameters compared to similar products. Farmers can operate them with a single button. At the same time, the operation of identical equipment on the market is more complicated.Our kit includes an agricultural data monitoring system, greenhouse, and irrigation automation control system. Our goal is to make every farmer benefit from digital agriculture.
After starting a business in Nanjing, we upgraded the related technology of agricultural IoT from 2.0 to 3.0 according to the domestic market demand, i.e., wireless data detection equipment, wireless valve controller,intelligent fertilizer applicator, greenhouse automation control system, etc., based on the management and manipulation of an intelligent cloud platform. At the same time, we have adopted the latest wireless communication technology, which can reach a distance of 10 to 15 kilometers wireless communication. Users only need to hold a cell phone to realize remote irrigation and check the data on the farm anytime and anywhere.
With this system, farmers’ work has been dramatically reduced. Initially, watering took at least two workers’ labor; now, one person can control it at home through the cell phone APP, and the watering can be completed instantly. In addition, the temperature and humidity of the soil can also be accurately known so that farmers can reduce losses and increase income.
We have provided services for more than 80 projects across the country, including more than 10 in Jiangsu. The biggest project we are currently working on is PepsiCo China, which is piloting our technology in 5,000 mu of potato farms in 2021 and will expand to 30,000 to 50,000 mu this year. It is a qualitative leap forward. The next step is to explore new markets, which is a more critical task.
Our products have been applied in Jiangsu,Henan, Heilongjiang, Shaanxi, Gansu, and Xinjiang in China and other regions and countries such as Israel, Germany, Ukraine, Belarus, etc.. They have been widely praised. Although affected by the epidemic, the company has now entered a stage of rapid development.
In my opinion, it takes “ten years to build the foundation and ten years to empower the enhancement” to realize the intelligence of agriculture truly. Our dream is to free farmers from the fields with the help of AI in agriculture. Our technology is still iterating and upgrading. I believe that in the future, there may be no person on the farm, or there will be very few people.This technology will be a more integrated service management platform through which people can easily manage their farms.

內(nèi)有核心技術,外有鼎力支持,我們在南京落地不久,便在行業(yè)內(nèi)嶄露頭角。我們在“農(nóng)行杯”第四屆全國雙創(chuàng)大賽中獲得江蘇省賽一等獎、國賽三等獎。2021年入選農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部“數(shù)字農(nóng)業(yè)新產(chǎn)品新技術新模式優(yōu)秀案例”,同時獲得國家級高新技術企業(yè)認證。我還是江蘇省特聘專家、江蘇省外國專家工作室領銜專家、“南京城市國際化紫金友好使者”、北京物聯(lián)網(wǎng)協(xié)會專家、江蘇省農(nóng)業(yè)科學院研發(fā)課題負責人,并于2020年入選南京市和浦口區(qū)的人才計劃。
我喜歡美食,也喜歡烹飪,我希望通過智慧農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的推廣應用,讓越來越多的中國人享受高品質(zhì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品,享受更好的生活。我和我的太太結(jié)緣在中國、創(chuàng)業(yè)在南京,我們的愛情結(jié)晶也在這片熱土上出生。這也為我在中國的事業(yè)注入了最強動力。未來,我將持續(xù)在農(nóng)業(yè)人工智能領域不懈努力,借力國家農(nóng)創(chuàng)園打造全球知名的“農(nóng)業(yè)硅谷”的目標,將阿農(nóng)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)打造成為聯(lián)通全球的智慧農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)。
Agriculture is still in a relatively traditional state.The future agriculture development is divided into three significant steps: the first step is to install a large number of primary agricultural IoT devices to collect basic data on agricultural production; the second step is to guide the automatic control and management of farms based on these data; and the third step is to realize AI, which means that people don’t need to go to the fields anymore.
With core technology inside and strong support from outside, we made a name for ourselves in the industry soon after we landed in Nanjing. We won first prize in Jiangsu Province and third in the 4th China Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition of“Agricultural Bank of China Cup”. Our achievement was selected as one of the “Outstanding Cases of New Products, New Technologies and New Modes of Digital Agriculture” by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People’s Republic of China in 2021, and we were also certified as a national high-tech enterprise.I am also a specially-appointed expert of Jiangsu Province, a leading expert of the Jiangsu Foreign Expert Workshop, a Zijin Friendship Ambassador of Nanjing Urban Internationalization, an expert of the Beijing Association of IoT, and the person in charge of R&D projects of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences.I was also admitted by the talent programs of Nanjing City and Pukou District in 2020.
I love food and cooking. I hope that through the promotion and application of intelligent agricultural IoT, more and more people in China enjoy high-quality agricultural products and a better life. My wife and I became attached in China and started a business in Nanjing. Our love child was borned here. This is the strongest motivation for my business in China!In the future, I will continue to make great efforts in agricultural AI, use the National Innovation Park for Modern Agri-technology (Nanjing) to build a globally recognized “Agricultural Silicon Valley”, and build the company into a global intelligent agricultural IoT.
