多洛米蒂，阿爾卑斯的后花園

有人說，上帝把阿爾卑斯山脈最美的風景給了意大利，而意大利把最美的阿爾卑斯山脈留給了多洛米蒂。

多洛米蒂坐落于意大利北部，是阿爾卑斯山脈的一部分，被譽為“阿爾卑斯的后花園”。據地質學家考證，大約2.5億年前，多洛米蒂山還安靜地沉睡在海底，后來由于地殼運動慢慢浮出水面，并不斷上升，最終成了如今平均海拔3000多米的山峰群。 19世紀末，一位法國博物學家開始研究該地區(qū)的地貌，于是這里就以該學者的名字被命名為“多洛米蒂”。

多洛米蒂最與眾不同的特色就是山體本身?！岸嗦迕椎佟痹谝獯罄Z中意為“白云石”，實際上，這一山脈主要由白色的石灰?guī)r構成。每當破曉時分，晨曦微露，灰白色的山峰便被朝霞染成暗紅，接著漸變?yōu)榉奂t、金紅。等到太陽完全升起，山峰才顯出原本的色彩。日落時，山峰又從金紅漸變?yōu)榉奂t、暗紅，直至消失在黑暗里。多洛米蒂也因這種現象而聞名于世。

多洛米蒂山峰群的海拔不算太高，但山脈連綿，奇峰聳峙，形態(tài)各異，美妙絕倫的山景比比皆是。獨特的山體結構，使得多洛米蒂成為眾多旅游者心中當之無愧的世界最美山峰群之一。正因如此，多洛米蒂被列入世界自然遺產名錄。

沒有人知道，多洛米蒂到底有多少種不同的姿態(tài)。

春天的多洛米蒂，山谷是花的海洋，植被郁郁蔥蔥，是徒步愛好者的天堂。夏天，這里憑借新鮮的空氣和涼爽的氣溫，成為令許多人心動的度假目的地。秋天，多洛米蒂如打翻了的調色盤，每一處都是濃墨重彩。一入冬，這里又變換成另一種模樣，阿爾卑斯山脈的瑰麗雪景和長達1200公里的雪道，吸引著全球的冰雪運動愛好者紛至沓來。

在多洛米蒂眾多的名峰中，“最上鏡山峰”大概要屬蓋斯勒峰了，它是歐洲各國旅游雜志封面的?？汀６湓谏w斯勒峰腳下的福納斯山谷，也贏得了“南蒂羅爾珍珠”的美譽。山谷山環(huán)水繞，綠樹濃蔭，野花遍地，牧場綿延，擁有古老的圣瑪格達萊納小鎮(zhèn)、圣瑪格達萊納教堂、圣約翰教堂等景點。這里的每一處景致，都可以用來做明信片。每個來多洛米蒂的人，大抵都曾在某個地方看到過這片山谷的照片，此后便魂牽夢縈，直到身臨其境之際才知道，再多的照片也抵不上在這里停留的片刻時光。

多洛米蒂還是下屆冬奧會的舉辦地之一。在2022年北京冬季奧運會閉幕式上，意大利米蘭與科爾蒂納丹佩佐精彩的“八分鐘”表演，讓人們對2026年的冬奧會展開了無盡的遐想：走進多洛米蒂最大的城鎮(zhèn)科爾蒂納丹佩佐，在雪白山峰的懷抱中，酣暢淋漓地體驗冰雪運動……

早在19世紀，科爾蒂納丹佩佐就成為歐洲貴族的旅游目的地，許多知名作家和音樂人都曾來此游歷。不過真正讓這里聲名大噪的還是冰雪運動，這里曾經多次舉辦女子高山滑雪世界杯、越野滑雪世界杯、自由式滑雪世界杯、單板滑雪世界杯，1956年還主辦過冬奧會。時隔七十年，這里又將與時尚之都米蘭再次擎起冬奧之光。

多洛米蒂的美麗與魅力絕不止這些。

全歐洲最大的高原草甸休斯山，擁有起伏連綿的綠色牧場，進入其間，有種愛麗絲夢游仙境的感覺；奇特的三指峰，處處訴說著蒼涼悲壯的美，就好像外星球的秘境一樣，連科幻電影都喜歡來這里取景；僅有4公頃的卡雷扎湖，宛若森林間的一滴淚，隱藏在密林之中，因神話傳說的加持而頗具深邃靜謐之美……不管你在多洛米蒂的哪一個地方駐足，都會被其打動。

The Dolomites， Back Garden of the Alps

The Dolomites in northern Italy are part of the Alps， known as the “Back Garden of the Alps”. According to geologists’ textual research， about 250 million years ago， the Dolomites slept quietly at the bottom of the sea. Later， due to crustal movement， the Dolomites slowly emerged from the water， continued to rise， and finally became the present-day mountains with an elevation of over 3，000 meters. In the late 19th century， a French naturalist began to research the landform of the area， thus the place was named after the scholar’s name“Dolomites”.

The Dolomites are not very high but have an undulating mountain range and towering peaks in different shapes， with an abundance of fantastic mountain views. With their unique mountain structure， the Dolomites have become one of the world’s most beautiful mountains in the view of numerous tourists. Therefore， the Dolomites were inscribed on the World Natural Heritage List.

Moreover， the site of the Dolomites is one of the venues of the next Winter Olympics. At the closing ceremony of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics， the wonderful eight-minute presentation from Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo left people with endless reveries about the 2026 Winter Olympics.

In the 19th century， Cortina d’Ampezzo became a tourist destination for European nobles， and many renowned writers and musicians traveled here. However， winter sports made it rise to fame. It became the venue of the Women’s Alpine Skiing World Cup， the FIS Cross-Country World Cup， the Freestyle Skiing World Cup， and the FIS Snowboard World Cup more than once， and even the host of the Winter Olympics in 1956. Seven decades later， Cortina d’Ampezzo will hold up the light of the Winter Olympics， together with Milan， the city of fashion.
