Cui Quanshun(1962~) was born in Xiangtan, Hunan. He graduated from Luxun Academy of Fine Arts in 1990. Now, he is the department head and vice professor of Anshan Normal University, the director of Liaoning Artists Association and the vice chairman of Anshan Artists Association. His works have been chosen to display in some national fine arts exhibitions and he has been invited to participate in international exchanges for many times.

崔全順，（1962年～），湖南湘潭人，1990年畢業(yè)于魯迅美術(shù)學(xué)院工藝系，現(xiàn)為鞍山師范學(xué)院美術(shù)系主任、副教授、民進(jìn)遼寧省委委員、鞍山市政協(xié)常委、遼寧省美協(xié)理事、鞍山市美協(xié)副主席。1994年《靜靜的漁港》入選第八屆全國美術(shù)作品展。他本人多次應(yīng)邀赴國外交流
