趙輝廷，1952年生，字進(jìn)明，別署湘西土佬、三石齋主，湖南省張家界市人?，F(xiàn)為中國(guó)書(shū)協(xié)會(huì)員、湖南省書(shū)協(xié)理事、省作協(xié)會(huì)員、張家界市文聯(lián)主席。

他自幼隨向先正、叔父趙建雄授課習(xí)字。1985年有幸拜識(shí)鄂中著名學(xué)者、書(shū)法家吳丈蜀先生，經(jīng)指點(diǎn)迷津，自始讀背、臨習(xí)古帖，加之常游走東南西北，大量購(gòu)置碑貼，廣交書(shū)壇高手，筆法日漸成熟。2008年9月，應(yīng)中國(guó)國(guó)際書(shū)畫(huà)藝術(shù)研究會(huì)邀請(qǐng)，其作品被“神州7號(hào)”搭載飛上太空。他在書(shū)法藝術(shù)上追求質(zhì)樸、自然、稚拙、凝煉、空靈，先后榮獲湖南省文聯(lián)、張家界市委、市政府授予“德藝雙馨”藝術(shù)家稱號(hào)。

Zhao Huiting(1952～) was born in Zhang Jiajie, Hunan, and a member of Chinese Calligrapher Association now. He began to learn calligraphy since his childhood. And not until he received the instruction from the famous calligrapher Wu Zhangshu in 1985 that he had gotten a great progress. Hundreds of his works has been chosen in national exhibitions, published in press or magazines, engraved in famous sites, and kept by museums or memorial halls during the last twenty years
