【點撥】 詢問物品的“價格”時，一般可用“How much is/are ...?”，也可用“Whats the prize ...?”。

【點撥】 當商店里的服務員詢問顧客要買什么東西時，一般用 “ Can I help you?”；顧客如果想買東西，可說“Yes, please.”，然后再說具體要買什么。

【點撥】 當你買、借東西時，對方給你時一般用“Here you are.”來表示。例如：

—Certainly. Here you are. 當然可以，給你。

【點撥】 當對方向你表示感謝時，可用“Youre welcome.”來回答，意為“不客氣/不用謝”，也可用Thats OK. / Not at all.等。

【點撥】 名詞所有格的構成，一般是在名詞的詞尾加“s”；當表示兩個人共同擁有某人/某物時，只在最后一個名詞詞尾加上“s”；當表示兩個人分別擁有某人/某物時，要分別在名詞詞尾加上“s”。例如：This is Tony and Jims room. 這是托尼和吉姆的房間。

6. I like thrillers and I like action movies. 我喜歡恐怖片，而且我也喜歡動作片。

I like thrillers but I dont like comedies. 我喜歡恐怖片，但不喜歡喜劇片。

【點撥】 and與but都是連詞，通常可連接兩個并列的單詞，詞組或句子。and的意思是“和；又；而且”，表示并列、承接或遞進等關系；but的意思是“而；卻；但是”，表示否定或轉折關系。

【點撥】 介詞with 有“與……在一起；和……”的意思。例如：Can you go shopping with me? 你能跟我一起去買東西嗎？

【點撥】 當行為動詞的一般現(xiàn)在時的主語是第三人稱單數(shù)時，變?yōu)橐话阋蓡柧浠蚍穸ň鋾r，要借助助動詞does來構成，謂語動詞要用原形。例如：He doesnt like history. 他不喜歡歷史。

9. —Can you swim? 你會游泳嗎？

—No, I cant. 不，我不會。

【點撥】 can 是情態(tài)動詞，意為“能、會”，沒有人稱和數(shù)的變化，無論是第幾人稱，也無論主語是單數(shù)還是復數(shù)，can均無變化；can不能單獨作謂語，它后面要跟一個動詞原形，一起構成謂語；含有can的一般疑問句是直接把can提到句首構成，肯定回答一般用“Yes,主語+can.”，否定回答一般用“No, 主語 + cant.”。否定句是在can后面直接加not構成否定句。例如：She cant speak Chinese. 她不會講漢語。

10. I can play the guitar. 我會彈吉它。

【點撥】 表示樂器的名詞在作play的賓語時，其前要用定冠詞the。

11. Can you help kids with swimming？你能幫助小孩游泳嗎？

【點撥】 help ... with ...是一個固定短語，意為“在某方面幫助……”。例如：She often helps me with my math. 她經(jīng)常幫我學習數(shù)學。

12. Come and show us!來給我們展示一下。

【點撥】 show用作動詞時，是及物動詞，意為“展示；給……看”，后面可接雙賓語。例如：Can you show me your new watch? 你能讓我看看你的新手表嗎？

People usually eat dinner in the evening. 人們通常在晚上吃晚飯。

【點撥】 表示“在幾點幾分”時，要用介詞at；泛指“在上午/下午/晚上”，要用介詞in。例如：I often do my homework at seven in the evening. 我經(jīng)常在晚上七點鐘做作業(yè)。

【點撥】 用why引導的特殊疑問句用來詢問原因，回答時要用because引導的原因狀語從句。例如：

—Why do you like English? 你為什么喜歡英語？ —Because its very important. 因為它很重要。

【點撥】 who是疑問代詞，意為“誰”，用來對“人”進行提問。例如：
