辦會理念

“Thrilling Games,Harmonious Asia”,is a dream and a promise,that the Games will uphold(弘揚(yáng))the spirit of the Olympics and the Asian Games—which is to promoteunity(團(tuán)結(jié)),friendship and furtherexchanges(交流)between different countries and regions.

“激情盛會，和諧亞洲”，是一個夢想，是一個承諾，弘揚(yáng)奧林匹克和亞運(yùn)精神——促進(jìn)不同國家和地區(qū)之間的團(tuán)結(jié)、友誼以及進(jìn)一步交流。

The Emblem

會徽

The emblemsymbolizes(象征)that the burning flames of the Asian Games will never die out.It is a symbol of the host city,and expresses the best wishes of the Guangzhou people and theinnovations(創(chuàng)新)of this big sporting event.

會徽象征著亞運(yùn)會的圣火熊熊燃燒、永不熄滅。既體現(xiàn)了廣州的城市象征，也表達(dá)了廣州人民的美好愿望，還表現(xiàn)了運(yùn)動會應(yīng)有的動感。

The Mascots

吉祥物

“Le Yangyang”is the name of the leader of our five goats and the name which refers to all of the 16thAsian Games Mascots,each of themsporty(動感的)and cute.

“樂羊羊”是五羊中的領(lǐng)頭羊，是廣州亞運(yùn)會的吉祥物名字，每只羊都很動感和時尚。

廣州亞運(yùn)會吉祥物取名樂羊羊，形象是運(yùn)動時尚的五只羊，分別取名 “阿祥”、“阿和”、“阿如”、“阿意”、“樂羊羊”，組成“祥和如意樂洋洋”，表達(dá)了廣州亞運(yùn)會將給亞洲人民帶來“吉祥、和諧、幸福、圓滿和快樂”的美好祝愿，也同時傳達(dá)了運(yùn)動會 “和諧、激情”的理念。

“阿祥”是一只英俊瀟灑、真誠勇敢的小羊，著色為奧林匹克五環(huán)中的藍(lán)色，象征綿延流淌的珠江，代表廣州人平和親切的性格、寬廣包容的胸懷。 。

“阿如”是一只美麗時尚、聰穎熱情的小羊，著色為奧林匹克五環(huán)中的紅色，象征廣州的市花木棉花。

“樂羊羊”是一只高大帥氣、陽光自信的大羊，著色為奧林匹克五環(huán)中的黃色，象征主辦城市“穗城”（稻穗顏色），有豐收、喜悅之意，表達(dá)亞運(yùn)會的成功舉辦將是亞洲人民寶貴的精神財富。

“阿意”是一只俏皮可愛、活潑開朗的小羊，著色為奧林匹克五環(huán)中的綠色，充滿朝氣的綠色賦予她飄逸靈動的氣質(zhì)，象征白云山。

“阿和”是一只樸實謙遜、沉著堅定的小羊，著色為奧林匹克五環(huán)中的黑色，象征嶺南文化的源遠(yuǎn)流長和千年古城深厚的歷史文化積淀。

Events

項目設(shè)置

Besides 28 events of the Olympics,there are also 14 non-Olympic events,including some Chinese traditional events,such as the game of go(圍棋),martial art(武術(shù))anddragon boat(龍舟).

除了有28項奧運(yùn)會比賽項目，本屆亞運(yùn)會還有14項非奧運(yùn)會項目的正式比賽項目，其中包括新增設(shè)的圍棋、武術(shù)、龍舟等中國傳統(tǒng)項目。
