Joyce： Well there was this incident in my life that I really never told you about. I went to Florida on vacation. I was very young， 19， 20， something like that.

Andy： Okay. Good.

Joyce： And I met a boy， and I fell in love with him.

Andy： Yeah.

Joyce： Well he became boyfriend number one. And your dad became boyfriend number two.

Andy： Oh.

Joyce： No， honey.

Andy： Thats 3）nasty！

Joyce： It was a trampy year for Mommy.

Andy： Oh.

Joyce： Please， anyway…

Andy： Why are you telling me this？

Joyce： Your father proposed within， like， a month， I think. So I went to the boy and I said， you know， “I met somebody and he wants to marry me，” hoping that he would say，“Joyce， you cannot do that.” You know. “You cannot marry this guy.” But he didnt say that. You know what he actually said？ He said， “Youre great.” But he told me to marry your father. Oh God. I was so 4）devastated. I was so devastated that I couldnt even see him again.

Andy： Well what happened？

Joyce： Well， what happened？ I married your father， we moved， I got pregnant， and…when we found out it was a boy， you know， I started going through names， as people do. And you want your child to remind you of someone you love…loved. And so I named you Andy after the boy from Florida.

Joyce： What happened to Vegas？

Andy： I got a new meeting last night in San Francisco， so…

Joyce： Oh.

Andy： Uh…yeah！ What do you say？

Joyce： If this is you worrying about me， Andy， you dont have to because Mommys fine.

Andy： Thats not at all what it is， Ma. I…I…I…

Joyce： What？

Andy： Ive had such a good time hanging out with you these last few days， I thought it would be fun to hang out even more and spend time with you.

Joyce： Wait a minute. I want to make sure that Im hearing this correctly. You want to spend a week in a car with your mother. Is that what I heard？

Andy： More than anything in the world.

Joyce： Dont you think I would drive you crazy？ Dont you think I might get on your nerves a little bit？

Amy： （laughs） Sorry.

Andy： So let me ask you， um， you probably go through great pains to prevent Mr. Pickles and Gabriella from dying， if Im not mistaken.

Amy： Well yes， I would.

Andy： Is this what you normally clean your house with？ Its whatevers on sale. Its usually blue or yellow， or something…

Amy： That would be correct， yes.

Andy： Well， heres the problem with that. Its extremely poisonous. And its really dangerous. And I can show you statistics and experiments that prove that my product doesnt only clean better than those， but its safer. But if Ive shown you one thing， its that that is really boring. So instead， Ill just do this.

Amy： Ill step back for the experiment. （Andy drinks Scieoclean.） Wow， Im impressed. I am.
