TFP Farrells 的總體規(guī)劃方案占地30公頃,為新開發(fā)的北京商貿(mào)區(qū)黃金地段打造繁華核心。該項總體規(guī)劃提供2,000,000平方米寫字樓、六星級豪華酒店、酒店式公寓及高端零售設施。它不僅是專為工作而設的商貿(mào)區(qū),而且是24小時全天候的生活社區(qū),為在當?shù)丶班徑鼌^(qū)域生活和工作的人士提供極大的便利。
總體規(guī)劃附設完善的綜合交通網(wǎng)絡,不但融會現(xiàn)有地鐵系統(tǒng),同時還配合沿新商貿(mào)區(qū)的新建單軌鐵路,與當?shù)囟鄥^(qū)及市中心便捷相連。
這30公頃地塊還包括貫穿新商貿(mào)區(qū)的“綠化帶”兩旁的公共空間,為此,總體規(guī)劃設計出連續(xù)的公園,與“綠化帶”并行,為區(qū)內(nèi)人士提供清新一隅,優(yōu)化了區(qū)內(nèi)人行道。
TFP Farrells’ 30 hectare mixed-use masterplan creates a vibrant new district in the heart of Beijing’ s new CBD. The masterplan incorporates 2,000,000m2 of of f ce space, a range of hotels, luxury serviced apartments and high-end retail. This will result in the creation of a “mini-city” which, unlike many CBDs, will be not just a place of work but a 24-hour living environment, having a hugely positive inf uence on the lives of all who live and work there and in the neighbouring areas.
The masterplan achieves excellent transport integration with both the existing metro system and with a new monorail line which will be built around the CBD extension, meaning that the site will be well connected on both local and city-wide levels.
The 30 hectare site is located on a “green spine” of open space running through the CBD extension, and the masterplan responds to this concept by creating a long public park which aligns with the “green spine”.This will provide a refreshing slice of nature for the occupants of the site and will enhance pedestrian routes through the CBD.
