Steamed rice is the commonest food for Chinese and served almost everyday. It is prepared with various ingredients to enrich its tastes. Fried rice is my favorite. Now let me tell you how to make it！

First， you should steam some rice. This step is important， for it determines if the rice is delicious. Next， cut some vegetables like carrots and onions into pieces. You can cut up some sausages， too. Third， heat two spoonfuls of oil in a pan. Then， add the chopped vegetables with a teaspoon of salt and pepper. If you want your fried rice more appetizing， you can also put in some beans， corn and a scrambled egg， and start to fry. After doing that， add the steamed rice and mix everything together. When you finish these steps， turn off the gas， and you can enjoy your fried rice！
