做互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的好書記—讀《書記談心100法》

做互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的好書記，必須進(jìn)一步提高媒介素養(yǎng)?；ヂ?lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代，各種傳統(tǒng)媒體和新型媒體互相融合，特別是微博、微信、微視等新媒體發(fā)展日新月異，把人們帶入了一個(gè)“人人都是記者”的自媒體時(shí)代，輿論環(huán)境、媒體格局發(fā)生了深刻變化。黨團(tuán)書記的媒介素養(yǎng)需要在實(shí)踐中鍛煉、在學(xué)習(xí)中提高。在日常工作中，要對(duì)傳媒的性質(zhì)、特點(diǎn)、功能、手段、作用、現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)等有一個(gè)基本的了解和把握；要熟悉與本職工作相關(guān)聯(lián)的新聞事件、社情民意、輿情動(dòng)態(tài)，找準(zhǔn)員工的關(guān)注點(diǎn)、興奮點(diǎn)，及時(shí)理順情緒，化解矛盾，以增強(qiáng)工作的針對(duì)性、實(shí)效性。
