摘 要: 針對廢舊機電設備(行程開關、硅穩(wěn)壓二極管、直流接觸器、轉換開關、自動空氣開關、硅雙基二極管等)中貴金屬(金、銀)的解離與富集,研究了多功能含貴重金屬廢舊機電設備整體多級破碎(剪切、錘擊、擠壓等)、復合分選(磁選、渦電流分選、高壓靜電、風選)關鍵技術與成套裝備,實現(xiàn)了包括行程開關、硅穩(wěn)壓二極管、直流接觸器、轉換開關、自動空氣開關、硅雙基二極管等各類廢舊機電設備中貴重金屬的解離與富集。同時研究了金屬富集物中重金屬(Pb、Cd、Zn等)的真空冶金-真空熱解關鍵技術和裝備。 研究了化學技術提取經(jīng)分選的含貴金屬的金屬富集物,提高了廢舊機電設備中貴金屬(金、銀)的回收率和純度,實現(xiàn)了廢舊機電設備中貴金屬(金、銀)的精細分離。 通過研究多功能含貴重金屬廢舊機電設備多級破碎、復合分選關鍵技術與成套裝備,開發(fā)出了具有自主知識產(chǎn)權的多功能含貴重金屬廢舊機電器件的多級破碎-復合分選技術與成套裝備。自主研制出1套高效新型破碎、分選裝置。多級破碎系統(tǒng)處理能力300kg/h,金屬與非金屬(廢塑料等)的解離率為95%以上;復合分選系統(tǒng)處理能力300kg/h,分選效率為90%以上。

Abstract:The waste electrical and mechanical equipment (travel switch, silicon zener diode, DC contactor, switch, automatic air switch, silicon double base diode) of precious metals (gold, silver) dissociation and enrichment, the multifunctional containing precious metal waste electromechanical equipment whole multistage crushing (shear, hammer, extrusion etc.), composite sorting (eddy current separation, magnetic separation, electrostatic, fanning) key technology and complete sets of equipment, the dissociation of precious metal travel switch, silicon zener diode, DC contactor, switch, automatic air switch, silicon double base diode and other kinds of waste electromechanical equipment and enrichment. At the same time, studied the heavy metal enrichment in (Pb, Cd, Zn etc.) vacuum metallurgy, vacuum pyrolysis technology and key equipment. Study on the extraction of the precious metal containing metal separation enrichment of chemical technology, improving waste electrical and mechanical equipment of precious metals (gold, silver) recovery and purity, the waste electromechanical equipment of precious metals (gold, silver) fine separation. Through the study of multi function containing precious metal waste electrical and mechanical equipment, the key technology of multistage crush composite separation and complete sets of equipment, developed a multistage crush - multi function with independent intellectual property rights of the waste electromechanical devices containing precious metal composite separation technology and equipment. Independently developed 1 sets of high-efficiency crushing, sorting device. Processing capability of the 300kg/h multi-stage crushing system, metal and non metal (such as waste plastic) dissociation rate is above 95%; processing ability of 300kg/h composite separation system, separation efficiency is above 90%.
