摘 要:重油的高效潔凈轉(zhuǎn)化和優(yōu)化利用是保障我國能源安全和國民經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重大戰(zhàn)略問題。該項目提出了“以梯級分離為先導(dǎo)、以催化轉(zhuǎn)化為核心、以殘渣的綜合利用相配套”的重油高效潔凈轉(zhuǎn)化利用新技術(shù)路線。為了真正實現(xiàn)該重油高效潔凈轉(zhuǎn)化新技術(shù)的工業(yè)化,重油殘渣的綜合利用是其中的關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問題之一,該課題圍繞該科學(xué)問題開展相關(guān)的研究工作。首先研究重油殘渣氣化反應(yīng)的熱力學(xué)與動力學(xué)特性;同時研究重油殘渣顆粒的輸送、流動和團(tuán)聚行為,探索改善重油殘渣顆粒的流化性能的方法及調(diào)控機(jī)制;此外還探索研究重油殘渣水漿氣化的流動和反應(yīng)特性,為重油殘渣氣化制氫過程的工業(yè)應(yīng)用奠定基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract:The clean and efficient conversion and utilization of heavy oil is a strategic issue to safeguard energy security and sustainable development of national economy and society. The project has proposed a new technique to utilize heavy oils with high efficient and clean method of "Deep separation of heavy oil, catalytic conversion of distillates, and comprehensive utilization of residues". The comprehensive utilization of residues is one of the key scientific problems to realize the industrialization of new technique. Focusing on this scientific problems, the following research is carried out. The thermodynamics and kinetics of gasification reaction of heavy oil residue is firstly investigated. The transport, flow and agglomeration behavior of residue particles is studied, and the methods to improve the fluidization performance of residue particles are found out. The flow and reaction characteristics of the gasification of residues slurry is also explored. The research will lay the foundation for the industrial application of heavy oil residue gasification process.
