一、文體概述

邀請(qǐng)信是邀請(qǐng)親朋好友或知名人士、專(zhuān)家等參加某項(xiàng)活動(dòng)時(shí)所發(fā)的邀請(qǐng)信件。寫(xiě)邀請(qǐng)信要簡(jiǎn)潔明了，通常要寫(xiě)清楚以下幾個(gè)方面：1. 邀請(qǐng)對(duì)方參加的活動(dòng)內(nèi)容、時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)。2. 邀請(qǐng)對(duì)方參加的原因。3. 期待對(duì)方接受邀請(qǐng)。

二、必備短語(yǔ)

1. invite sb. to do sth. 邀請(qǐng)某人做某事

2. in order to do sth. 為了做某事

3. hold a party 舉辦晚會(huì)

4. in the Meeting Hall 在會(huì)議廳

5. take place 舉行

6. take part in / participate in / compete in 參加

7. make progress 取得進(jìn)步

8. look forward to 期待

9. accept ones invitation 接受某人的邀請(qǐng)

10. long for your coming 渴望你的到來(lái)

三、套用句式

1. Im writing to invite you to join us in the Talent Show. 我寫(xiě)信是想邀請(qǐng)你參加“才藝表演”。

2. We are going to hold a party for Toms birthday. 我們打算為湯姆舉辦生日晚會(huì)。

3. We sincerely hope that you could come. 我們真誠(chéng)希望你能來(lái)。

參考答案與范文

習(xí)作修改

1. on→in 因in the evening（在晚上）是固定詞組。

2. They→It 指代上文的party，故用it。

3. friend→friends 因friend為可數(shù)名詞，前面有some，故用復(fù)數(shù)形式。

4. but→and 跟前面并列，故用and。

5. 在have和good中間加上a 因have a good time（玩得愉快）是固定詞組，故需加上a。

6. honoring→honored 句意：我將感到榮幸。此處表示被動(dòng)，故用honored。

7. got→get 因can take and get off，此處為并列謂語(yǔ)，故用get。

8. Justly→Just 句意：我的家正好在對(duì)面，故用Just。

9. that→which 非限制寫(xiě)定語(yǔ)從句，故用which。

10. 去掉to 情態(tài)動(dòng)詞后用動(dòng)詞原形，故去掉to。
