“Castle on the Hill”是英國流行唱作男歌手Ed Sheeran演唱的一首歌曲，于2017年1月通過Asylum Records發(fā)行，并收錄在Ed于3月3日發(fā)行的新專輯÷。該單曲發(fā)行首日在英國、美國iTunes即時(shí)下載榜排行第二。Ed Sheeran于1991年出生在英國約克郡，自幼學(xué)習(xí)吉他，中學(xué)時(shí)開始嘗試寫歌作曲，自2005年開始事業(yè)打拼，其歌曲多次獲得格萊美音樂獎提名。

我們對于好歌曲的定義大抵是旋律優(yōu)美、歌詞動人、歌者演繹出彩。可我們迷上一首歌，大概只是因?yàn)樗隽宋覀兊男乃肌９缠Q，緣起于此。

“Castle On The Hill”這首歌意在致敬歌手Ed Sheeran童年成長的地方——英國東部薩?？丝さ母ダ譂h小鎮(zhèn)（Framlingham， Suffolk）。在17歲搬到倫敦追求事業(yè)之前，Ed Sheeran的大部分時(shí)間都在這個(gè)小鎮(zhèn)度過，因而這里充滿了Ed Sheeran關(guān)于童年的回憶。

幾乎所有的成年人內(nèi)心都有一個(gè)童話城堡，這也是為什么《小王子》的作者安東尼.德.圣-?？颂K佩里說：“童話，其實(shí)是寫給起先是孩子的大人們看的。”同樣，幾乎所有的大人，哪怕是早已滄桑的老者，其內(nèi)心最柔軟的地方依然是母親和故鄉(xiāng)。鄉(xiāng)愁是一個(gè)人即使走到天涯海角都掙脫不開的綿綿不絕的眷戀?！独先伺c?！防镏v到孤身一人的老頭在海上經(jīng)歷那攝人心魄的三天兩夜里，不斷描述到老人在迷迷糊糊打盹時(shí)夢見了非洲，那是他兒時(shí)長大的地方，是他永遠(yuǎn)不能割舍的鄉(xiāng)愁。若有一天，老人能歸故里，定如歌中唱的一樣：“I cant wait to go home / Im on my way / Driving at 90 down those country lanes.”尤其是當(dāng)故鄉(xiāng)的因素里夾雜著一種叫童年與母親的味道，便愈發(fā)顯得彌足珍貴。

一個(gè)深邃的長鏡頭，從現(xiàn)在拉回過去，聚焦在童年：一個(gè)滿手是泥的小孩咧著嘴跑在故鄉(xiāng)的小路上，與小伙伴們追逐嬉戲，笑聲飄過山間，飄過云朵，芬芳的青草味飄入鼻尖，一如這歌里所唱：“When I was six years old I broke my leg / I was running from my brother and his friends / And tasted the sweet perfume of the mountain grass as I rolled down” 我突然想起自己年少時(shí)與小伙伴們游戲奔跑，興致起了不管不顧，想背起和自己差不多高卻比自己胖兩倍的小伙伴往前沖，結(jié)果一個(gè)踉蹌，跌在地上。膝蓋上留下的傷疤到現(xiàn)在都清晰可見，當(dāng)時(shí)卻根本不當(dāng)回事，一個(gè)小人拖著打繃帶的腿，仍亦步亦趨地跟在小伙伴當(dāng)中，唯恐掉了隊(duì)，哪管身上有傷。這大概就是童年應(yīng)有的記憶吧，當(dāng)聽到歌里這句“Running from the law through the backfields”，那些童年的記憶一如西洋鏡里的新奇圖片，一張張滿血復(fù)活地跳躍在眼前。

英國小鎮(zhèn)是英國的一大特色，不同的小鎮(zhèn)景致各異，卻有著相同的靜謐與清新。英國潮濕多雨，即使在陽春三月，出門依然需要著風(fēng)衣、系圍巾，并養(yǎng)成隨時(shí)帶雨傘的習(xí)慣。我曾無事時(shí)在英國的Brighton、Winchmore等小鎮(zhèn)慢慢溜達(dá)，走在那雨后清新干凈的小路上，前方有禮讓的車，抬頭有湛藍(lán)的天和潔白的云，遠(yuǎn)處傳來教堂的鐘聲，空氣里彌漫著甜絲絲的春的味道，就近尋一個(gè)咖啡館，解下圍巾，落座窗邊，捧一杯熱氣騰騰的英式早茶，內(nèi)心無比寧靜。明明一個(gè)異鄉(xiāng)人，那一刻，不知怎的，竟有前世到過此處的錯覺。我想我應(yīng)該能想象出Ed口中所唱的“Over the castle on the hill”，那一副英國小鎮(zhèn)般故鄉(xiāng)的美好畫面。

戀上一座城，不過是嗅到了讓你依戀的故鄉(xiāng)的氣息。這種欲罷不能的迷戀叫做鄉(xiāng)愁。Ed Sheeran在談到為何寫這樣一首歌時(shí)，曾說：“Theres a lot of positivity in my hometown， but like， theres also a lot of sadness as well … so I just wanted to touch on it a little bit.”故鄉(xiāng)承載著我們的快樂與悲傷，怎能不令我們念念不忘？

也許有一天，我們會忘記了夢想、忘記了希望、忘記了來時(shí)的路，但我們不會忘記那絲絲縷縷纏繞著我們的鄉(xiāng)愁，我們依然記得那舊時(shí)的鄉(xiāng)間小路，正如歌中所唱：“I still remember these old country lanes.”
