[摘要] 目的 研究膽囊結(jié)石患者行內(nèi)鏡微創(chuàng)保膽取石方案、膽囊切除方案治療的有效性與安全性。方法 以2013年1月—2015年12月進(jìn)入該院的膽囊結(jié)石患者作對(duì)象，并且從中隨機(jī)抽取出100例進(jìn)行該次研究工作，分作2組，50例參照組行膽囊切除方案治療，而50例研究組則行內(nèi)鏡微創(chuàng)保膽取石方案治療，對(duì)2組手術(shù)效果以及安全性指標(biāo)等進(jìn)行分析、對(duì)照。結(jié)果 參照組50例有效率60.00%（30/50），研究組50例是94.00%（47/50）（P<0.05）；研究組內(nèi)并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生率比參照組少（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 對(duì)于患有膽囊結(jié)石的患者，施以內(nèi)鏡微創(chuàng)保膽取石方案效果顯著，不僅能提升患者取石效果，而且還能防止并發(fā)癥出現(xiàn)，因此安全性高，可推廣。

Comparison of Curative Effect and Postoperative Safety of Cholecystectomy and Endoscopic Minimally Invasive Cholecystolithotomy in Protecting Gallbladder in Treatment of Gallstone

[Abstract] Objective To research the effectiveness and safety of cholecystectomy and endoscopic minimally invasive cholecystolithotomy in protecting gallbladder in treatment of gallstone. Methods 100 cases of patients with gallstone treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each， the control group were treated with cholecystectomy， while the research group were treated with safety of cholecystectomy and endoscopic minimally invasive cholecystolithotomy， and the operation effect and safety of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results In the control group， 50 cases were effective and the effective rate was 60.00%（30/50）， in the research group， 50 cases were effective and the effective rate was 94.00%（47/50）（P<0.05）， and the incidence rate of complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The effect of endoscopic minimally invasive cholecystolithotomy in protecting gallbladder in treatment of gallstone is obvious， which can not only improve the calculus removed effect but also prevent the occurrence of complications with high safety， which can be promoted.

膽囊結(jié)石屬于臨床常見疾病的一種。近年來，基于內(nèi)鏡方案的微創(chuàng)保膽取石手術(shù)逐漸被應(yīng)用到膽囊結(jié)石的治療中，且效果顯著[1]。為評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)鏡微創(chuàng)保膽取石方案、膽囊切除方案應(yīng)用于膽囊結(jié)石患者中的價(jià)值，該次篩選100例于2013年1月—2015年12月進(jìn)入該院的膽囊結(jié)石患者100例，分組治療的基礎(chǔ)上，期待提升取石效果以及安全性，已取得顯著成效，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

研究以進(jìn)入該院的膽囊結(jié)石患者作對(duì)象，并且從中隨機(jī)抽取出100例進(jìn)行該次研究工作，分作2組，50例參照組行膽囊切除方案治療，有女性40例及男性10例，26～72歲，中位值（47.7±2.66）歲。50例研究組行內(nèi)鏡微創(chuàng)保膽取石方案治療，有女性41例及男性9例，25～70歲，中位值（49.9±3.21）歲，2組均在B超、CT等檢查下被明確確診，且兩組臨床資料對(duì)照，差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。
