普通民眾對(duì)于“質(zhì)檢”二字與我們的生活、跟經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的密切關(guān)系，也許并不很清楚。但那種密切的關(guān)系，卻無(wú)法分割。

在網(wǎng)絡(luò)搜索引擎上輸入“1997+重慶+質(zhì)檢”關(guān)鍵詞，首先映入眼簾的一句話打動(dòng)人心：“科學(xué)、公正是我們的生命?！贝嗽挸鲎砸黄_(kāi)發(fā)表的文章，文章記錄的是重慶市產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)所。

顯然，這句話所呈現(xiàn)的態(tài)度與理念，貫穿于重慶質(zhì)檢的前行之路，直到今天。而今天的重慶質(zhì)檢，早非吳下阿蒙。

國(guó)家質(zhì)檢總局已經(jīng)與重慶市政府簽署《關(guān)于共同加快內(nèi)陸開(kāi)放高地建設(shè)、推進(jìn)質(zhì)量強(qiáng)市戰(zhàn)略合作備忘錄》；全國(guó)首個(gè)國(guó)家質(zhì)檢中心基地，已正式獲國(guó)家質(zhì)檢總局授牌，落戶重慶高新區(qū)。這是目前國(guó)內(nèi)質(zhì)檢系統(tǒng)建設(shè)規(guī)模最大、檢測(cè)技術(shù)集成度最高的檢測(cè)基地。

它是個(gè)巨大的服務(wù)體系，是一個(gè)龐大的孵化基地。

General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China(AQSIQ) has signed the Cooperation Memorandum on Speeding Up the Construction of Inland Open Highland and Promoting the Strategy of Building Great Power of Quality with the government of Chongqing municipality. Besides,the first national base of quality supervision and inspection center which was of fi cially granted by AQSIQ, settled in the High-tech Zone in Chongqing. This base is the largest quality inspection center with largest construction scale of system and highest technical integration degree.

It is a huge service system and a huge incubator base.

The construction of highland of quality inspection has brought an opportunity for Chongqing to make the industrial dream come true and let’s wait and see.
