在國務(wù)院學(xué)位委員會開展的2017年博士、碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)審核工作中，氣科院申請新增“環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程”學(xué)科碩士一級學(xué)科點(diǎn)獲得批準(zhǔn)，至此氣科院擁有“大氣科學(xué)”和“環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程”2個(gè)一級學(xué)科點(diǎn)。

Through review by the Degree Authorization Committee of the State Council of China for PhD and master’s degrees,the application from CAMS for adding a First-Level Discipline of Master’s degree granting in “Environmental Science and Engineering” was approved.With such approval, CAMS has got two First-Level Disciplines in both“Atmospheric Science” as well as “Environmental Science and Engineering”.

2017年6月28 日，氣科院2017屆畢業(yè)生畢業(yè)典禮在京舉行。畢業(yè)典禮上還頒發(fā)了2017年度獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。

2017年，氣科院共招收碩士研究生45人、博士研究生19人，進(jìn)站博士后4人；畢業(yè)碩士43人、博士10人。目前在學(xué)研究生225人，其中碩士研究生134人，博士研究生74人，在站博士后17人。2017年，氣科院周廣勝研究員指導(dǎo)的2名博士后呂曉敏和張峰獲得第62批中國博士后科學(xué)基金面上資助二等資助。

On 28 June 2017, the Graduation Ceremony for CAMS Graduates of 2017 was held in Beijing, when CAMS annual scholarship of 2017 was conferred.

In 2017, 45 master degree candidates, 19 doctoral candidates and 4 post doctors were recruited by CAMS while 43 got master degree and 10 received PhD degree.At present, there are altogether 225 graduates at CAMS, among whom 134 are master degree candidates, 74 are doctoral candidates and 17 are post doctors.

In 2017, two post doctors, Lyu Xiaomin and Zhang Feng, with the tutorship of Prof.Zhou Guangsheng, CAMS Vice President, received second prize of “the 62th National Post- Doctoral Sponsorship of Science Fund”.

2017年7月16—29日，氣科院40余名2016級碩士研究生分赴黑龍江、山東、廣東、湖北4省氣象部門，開展為期2周的暑期社會實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。社會實(shí)踐活動(dòng)旨在使學(xué)生了解各級氣象臺站的基本現(xiàn)狀和人才需求，省級公共氣象服務(wù)體系、預(yù)報(bào)預(yù)測體系等情況，培養(yǎng)研究生從事氣象業(yè)務(wù)的能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神、社會責(zé)任感和使命感。實(shí)踐活動(dòng)得到了相關(guān)省氣象局的積極支持和中國華云氣象科技集團(tuán)、華風(fēng)氣象傳媒集團(tuán)的大力贊助。

On 16?29 July 2017, over 40 masters’ candidates of 2016 went to provincial meteorological services in Heilongjiang,Shandong, Guangdong and Hubei respectively, for a two-week social practice program during their summer vacation.The social practice aimed at providing opportunities for those graduates in learning about the existing status and personnel demand of meteorological stations at all levels, the public meteorological service system and forecasting & prediction systems at provincial level, as well as enhancing their meteorological working capability,team spirit, sense of social responsibility, etc.Such activity got active support from those provincial meteorological services as well as sponsorship by China Huayun Croup of Meteorological Science and Technology, and Huafeng Meteorological Media Group.

2017年10月25—27日，氣科院2018年畢業(yè)生學(xué)位論文中期報(bào)告會在京舉行。13名博士生、44名碩士生進(jìn)行了研究進(jìn)展匯報(bào)，院研究生部組織23位資深專家對其研究成果和學(xué)位論文進(jìn)行了指導(dǎo)和咨詢評審。

On 25?27 October 2017, the mid-term dissertation briefing by CAMS graduates of 2018 was held in Beijing.13 doctoral candidates and 44 master degree candidates reported on their research progress.23 senior experts invited by CAMS Office of Graduates Affairs provided guidance and advisory review for their research outcomes and dissertation.

2017年11月30—31日，由丁一匯院士領(lǐng)銜、中國氣象局人事司主辦，氣科院研究生部協(xié)辦的“第4期氣象青年英才大氣科學(xué)前沿問題高級研修班”及“中國氣象局首批青年英才培養(yǎng)期成果報(bào)告會”在京舉辦。來自中國氣象局、中國科學(xué)院、清華大學(xué)的4位院士和2位資深專家針對大氣科學(xué)前沿問題做了報(bào)告。期間，中國氣象局20位首批青年英才進(jìn)行了培養(yǎng)期研究成果匯報(bào)交流。系列報(bào)告列入了氣科院研究生秋季課程，全體博士研究生和部分碩士研究生全程參加了學(xué)習(xí)。

On 30?31 November 2017, “the Fourth Advanced Training Class of Cutting-Edge Issues in Atmospheric Science for Youth Elites” and “the First Seminar of CMA Youth Elites Education Outcomes” were hosted by CAMS Office of Graduates Affairs in Beijing, which was led by Prof.Ding Yihui, Academician from Chinese Academy of Engineering, and held in the name of CMA Department of Human Resources.Four Academicians from CMA, CAS and Tsinghua University as well as two senior experts were invited to deliver themed presentations on cutting-edge issues in atmospheric science.The first 20 CMA youth elites reported on their research outcomes during the training period.The reports were included in the autumn course list for CAMS graduates.All doctorate candidates and part of master degree candidates attended the training.
