[摘要]目的 探討互動(dòng)健康教育在小兒骨折患者護(hù)理中的效果。方法 選取2015年1月~2016年1月在我院接受治療的骨折患兒116例,依據(jù)患兒入院時(shí)間先后將其分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,各58例。對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)健康教育,觀察組采用互動(dòng)健康教育,比較兩組患兒家長(zhǎng)骨折相關(guān)知識(shí)掌握率、患兒畸形愈合率和功能完全恢復(fù)率、患兒家屬的護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果 觀察組患兒家長(zhǎng)骨折相關(guān)知識(shí)掌握率、護(hù)理滿意度及功能完全恢復(fù)率均高于對(duì)照組,患兒畸形愈合率低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 在對(duì)小兒骨折患兒護(hù)理時(shí)實(shí)施互動(dòng)健康教育措施可顯著提高患兒家屬對(duì)骨折知識(shí)的掌握程度,提高患兒骨折康復(fù)效果及患兒家屬護(hù)理滿意度,值得臨床推廣。

Efficacy of interactive health education in children with fracture

[Abstract]Objective To explore the efficacy of interactive health education in children with fracture.Methods 116 children patients with fracture in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of hospitalization,with 58 cases in each group.The control was given routine health education,while the observation group was given interactive health education.The mastery rate of fracture information of children′s parents,the malunion rate and complete functional recovery rate of patients and the nursing satisfaction of children′s parents were compared between two groups.Results The mastery rate of fracture information of children′s parents,complete functional recovery rate and nursing satisfaction of children′s parents were higher than those in the control group,the malunion rate was lower than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of interactive health education in nursing care of children with fracture of children when Education measures can significantly improve the children′s family members to master the knowledge of fracture, improve the rehabilitation effect of children fracture and the satisfaction degree of the family members of the children, which is worthy of clinical promotion

上肢骨折是當(dāng)前臨床極為常見(jiàn)的一種小兒骨折類(lèi)型,兒童此時(shí)正處于身體發(fā)育的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,在其骨頭可塑性強(qiáng)、生長(zhǎng)極快等優(yōu)點(diǎn)下,骨折患兒在接受有效治療的情況下極少見(jiàn)骨骼功能受損現(xiàn)象[1-2]。然而患兒同時(shí)具有好動(dòng)、活潑等特點(diǎn),對(duì)骨折康復(fù)造成一定不利影響[3]?;?dòng)健康教育是當(dāng)前臨床一種較為新穎的健康教育模式,其在臨床中已經(jīng)得到了較為廣泛的應(yīng)用且有研究結(jié)果[4-5]顯示,互動(dòng)健康教育尤其適用于幼兒疾病治療進(jìn)程中。對(duì)接受外固定治療的患兒進(jìn)行積極的健康宣教,對(duì)提升患兒治療依從性有積極作用,能促使患兒早日康復(fù)。為進(jìn)一步了解小兒骨折患兒中互動(dòng)健康教育的護(hù)理效果,本次研究中將以此為據(jù),將互動(dòng)健康教育應(yīng)用在患兒護(hù)理進(jìn)程中,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
1資料與方法
1.1一般資料
選取2015年1月~2016年1月在我院接受治療的骨折患兒116例,依據(jù)患兒入院時(shí)間先后將其分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,各58例。觀察組中男35例,女23例;年齡2~9歲,平均(5.56±1.21)歲;骨折類(lèi)型:恥骨骨折13例,鎖骨骨折12例,撓骨骨折13例,肱骨骨折11例,掌指骨骨折9例。對(duì)照組中男36例,女22例;年齡3~9歲,平均(6.01±1.21)歲;骨折類(lèi)型:恥骨骨折14例,鎖骨骨折12例,撓骨骨折12例,肱骨骨折10例,掌指骨骨折10例。納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn):①患兒均為上肢骨折并給予X線、超聲等影像學(xué)檢查手段證實(shí);②患兒有上肢外傷病史、跌倒史等病史,由父母陪伴進(jìn)入我院接受診治;③患兒家屬知曉本次研究并針對(duì)患兒治療方法簽訂知情同意書(shū),服從相關(guān)治療及護(hù)理要求。排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn):①合并有下肢及其他部位的多發(fā)性骨折患兒;②合并有嚴(yán)重心血管疾病及其他亟待治療嚴(yán)重癥狀的患兒;③合并有認(rèn)知障礙、精神障礙以及嚴(yán)重臟器功能障礙患兒。兩組患兒一般資料比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),具有可比性。本次研究經(jīng)過(guò)我院醫(yī)學(xué)倫理委員會(huì)批準(zhǔn)。
