《云龍圖》（宋） 陳容 112.5x48.5cm 中國畫 中國美術(shù)館藏

此幅南宋畫家陳容所繪的《云龍圖》由鄧拓于1964年捐贈(zèng)給國家，現(xiàn)藏于中國美術(shù)館。畫龍題材自古有之，然而真正使畫龍成為專類，則是五代、兩宋時(shí)期董羽、陳容等畫家的出現(xiàn)。

《云龍圖》以水墨繪一龍騰于云天之中。章法上為自右上向左下取勢(shì)，龍?bào)w在盤旋中呈“S”形，動(dòng)感十足。龍首微抬，須發(fā)賁張，有傲臨天下的昂揚(yáng)之氣。龍爪強(qiáng)壯有力，龍?bào)w或隱或現(xiàn)于煙云之間。煙云的潑染與龍?bào)w用筆形成有力對(duì)比，烘托出叱咤風(fēng)云、蓄勢(shì)待發(fā)的風(fēng)貌。

The painting ofDragon in Cloud,by the Southern Song Dynasty painter CHEN Rong and donated to the country by DENG Tuo in 1964, is collected in the National Art Museum of China. The subject of painting dragon has existed since the ancient time, however, such style of painting became a special category since the appearance of painters DONG Yu, CHEN Rong and others in the Five Dynasties and the Song Dynasty.

TheDragon in Cloudshowcases a dragon in the sky by ink,highlighting the potential from upper right to the lower left by art of composition, dragon body circling in shape of an "S" with great momentum. Upper head and spraying hair, the dragon shows unprecedented high-spirited quality with strong claws hidden in the clouds. The splashes of smoky clouds and the dragon form create sharp contrast, setting off an all-powerful appearance of dragon.
