在不少場(chǎng)合及情景下，我們聆聽(tīng)過(guò)“近者悅遠(yuǎn)者來(lái)”。很實(shí)在，很生活，很接地氣。

關(guān)于“近者悅遠(yuǎn)者來(lái)”，可在《論語(yǔ)·子路篇第十三》中找到出處。葉公請(qǐng)教政事，孔子說(shuō)：“近處的人心悅誠(chéng)服，遠(yuǎn)方的人慕名而來(lái)?！?/p>

落腳到重慶，我們先后來(lái)回答兩個(gè)問(wèn)題——

第一個(gè)問(wèn)題，如何讓“近者悅”？

就心理與感情接受度而言，一座別具特色的城市可以給人歸屬感、認(rèn)同感和自豪感，讓每個(gè)人都置身于品位與品質(zhì)兼具的城市環(huán)境中，而不是漂泊在千篇一律的城市空間里。

自然，這需要在提升城市經(jīng)濟(jì)、人文、生態(tài)和生活品質(zhì)方面多管齊下，著力提升城市規(guī)劃建設(shè)管理水平，多留經(jīng)典，少留遺憾；需要立足山水資源稟賦，發(fā)揮立體優(yōu)勢(shì)，提升山水顏值，彰顯人文之美；需要優(yōu)化環(huán)境，推進(jìn)大城智管、大城細(xì)管、大城眾管……

第二個(gè)問(wèn)題，“近者”“悅”了，如何達(dá)成“遠(yuǎn)者來(lái)”？

前段時(shí)間，“網(wǎng)紅”讓重慶出現(xiàn)很多我們記憶深刻的場(chǎng)景——等三小時(shí)看洪崖洞亮燈，排兩小時(shí)隊(duì)坐長(zhǎng)江索道，到“輕軌穿樓”地打卡的游客人頭攢動(dòng)……這些重慶擁躉，幾乎都是“遠(yuǎn)方的朋友”。

網(wǎng)紅，并非重慶的真相。有人說(shuō)，山水“顏值高”、文化“氣質(zhì)好”，才是重慶旅游紅火發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。

另一種說(shuō)法似乎是在佐證——重慶的美幾乎蘊(yùn)藏在這座城市的每個(gè)角落里，游客想要什么，只要來(lái)了，我們都能給你。

有看的，有玩的，有美食等待，有厚重的人文可品味……于是，“遠(yuǎn)者來(lái)”自是情理之中。

解構(gòu)一下我們自己的城市，“近者悅遠(yuǎn)者來(lái)”的理由更為明晰：自然地理特征獨(dú)特，有美麗的夜景，巍峨的大橋，奇特的城市交通，也有美食、特色民宿、各種夜生活。更為重要的是，重慶歷史文化厚重，是巴渝文化的發(fā)祥地，也是抗戰(zhàn)文化、紅色文化的集聚地，是世界反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的英雄城市。

面對(duì)如此有血有肉的重慶城，“近者悅遠(yuǎn)者來(lái)”沒(méi)有懸念。

On many occasions and situations,we have heard the old saying:“Make the local people satisfied,and people from afar will come.” This sentence is fairly real and down to earth.

The source of this old saying is derived from the thirteenth chapter of Zilu of The Analects of Confucius. The prince of a small principality asked what was essential in the government of a country. Confucius answered,“when there is a good government in a country the people at home are happy,and the people in other countries will come.”

When it comes to Chongqing,we need to answer two questions——

First,how to make local people satisfied?

In terms of psychological and emotional acceptance,a unique city can give people a sense of belonging,identity and pride,so that everyone can be placed in an urban environment with both taste and quality,rather than drifting in the monotonous urban space.

Of course,to build such a city needs to improve the city's economy,human culture,ecology,quality of life and etc.,and focus on improving the urban planning and construction management level. More classic should be reserved while less regret be left. It is necessary to base on the advantaged landscape resources and give full play to the threedimensional advantages to further enhance the beauty of the landscape and highlight the charm of human culture. It is also necessary to optimize the environment and promote ways to manage a big city,such as managing it by intelligence,specific division of labor and the efforts of all the people.

Second,how to make “people from afar come here”?

Some time ago,there were a lot of impressive scenes in Chongqing,a “Cyber Star City” now,including that people waited for three hours to see the night scene of Hongyadong and queued for two hours only to take the Yangtze River Cableway. And there are countless people going to the Liziba station just to see “the light rail passes through the building.” These fans of Chongqing are almost all “the friends from afar”.

Chongqing is far more than a cyber star city. It’s said that it is the beautiful scenery and profound cultural background that make Chongqing's tourism development flourishing.

The beauty of Chongqing is almost hidden in every corner of the city. No matter what tourists want,as long as they come to Chongqing,they can be satisfied.

Chongqing has beautiful sceneries to enjoy,interesting places to play,delicious food to eat,and profound human culture to appreciate.Therefore,it makes sense that “people from afar will come”.

After analyzing our own city,the reasons for the “l(fā)ocal people are satisfied and people from afar will come” are clearer. These reasons include: unique natural geography,beautiful night scenes,grandiose bridges,unique urban transportation,a wide variety of delicious cuisines,homestays with local characteristics,and wonderful nightlife. More importantly,Chongqing,with rich history and culture,is the birthplace of Ba Yu culture,the gathering place of anti-Japanese war culture and the red culture,and a hero city of the world anti-fascist war.

Therefore,Chongqing,which has a lot of charm,is of course the city where the local people are satisfied,and people from afar will come.
