Today I will be master of my emotions

The tides advance;the tides recede.Winter goes and summer comes.summer wanes and the cold increases.The sun rises;the sun sets.The moon is full;the moon is black.The birds arrive;the birds depart.Flowers bloom;flowers fade.Seeds are sown;harvests are reaped.all nature is a circle of moods and I am a part of nature and so,like the tides,my moods will rise;my moods will fall.

潮起潮落，冬去春來(lái)，夏末秋至，日出日落，月圓月缺，雁來(lái)雁往，花飛花謝，草長(zhǎng)瓜熟，自然界萬(wàn)物都在循環(huán)往復(fù)的變化中，我也不例外，情緒會(huì)時(shí)好時(shí)壞。

Today I will be master of my emotions.

It is one of nature's tricks,little understood,that each day I awaken with moods that have changed from yesterday.Yester day's joy wilI become today's sadness;yet today's sadness will grow into tomorrow's joy.Inside me is a wheel,constantly turning from sadness to joy,from exultation to depression,from happiness to melancholy.Like the flowers,today's full bloom of joy will fade and wither into despondency,yet I will remember that as today's dead flower carries the seed of tomorrow's bloom so,too,does today's sadness carry the seed of tomorrow's joy.

Today I will be master of my emotions.

And how will I master these emotions so that each day will be productive?For unless my mood is right the day will be a failure.Trees and plants depend on the weather to flourish but I make my own weather,yea I transport it with me.If I bring rain and gloom and darkness and pessimism to my cus-tomers then they will react with rain and gloom and darkness and pessimism and they will purchase naught.If I bring joy and enthusiasm and brightness and laughter to my customers they will react with joy and enthusiasm and brightness and laughter and my weather will produce a harvest of sales and a granary of gold for me.

Today I will be master of my emotions.

And how will I master my emotions so that every day is a happy day,and a productive one?I will learn this secret of the ages:Weak is he who permits his thoughts to control his actions;strong is he who forces his actions to control his thoughts.Each day,when I awaken,I will follow this plan of battle before I am captured by the forces of sadness,self-pity and failure.

If I feel depressed I will sing.

If I feel sad I will laugh.

If I feel ill I will double my labor.

If I feel fear I will plunge ahead.

If I feel inferior I will wear new garments.

If I feel uncertain I will raise my voice.

If I feel poverty I will think of wealth to come.

If I feel incompetent I will remember past success.

If I feel insignificant I will remember my goals.

今天我學(xué)會(huì)控制情緒。

這是大自然的玩笑，很少有人窺破天機(jī)。每天我醒來(lái)時(shí)，不再有舊日的心情。昨日的快樂(lè)變成今天的哀愁，今天的悲傷又轉(zhuǎn)為明日的喜悅。我心中像一只輪子不停地轉(zhuǎn)著，由樂(lè)而悲，由悲而喜，由喜而憂。這就好比花兒的變化，今天枯敗的花兒蘊(yùn)藏著明天新生的種子，今天的悲傷也預(yù)示著明天的快樂(lè)。

今天我學(xué)會(huì)控制情緒。

我怎樣才能控制情緒，以使每天卓有成效呢？除非我心平氣和，否則迎來(lái)的又將是失敗的一天?；ú輼?shù)木，隨著氣候的變化而生長(zhǎng)，但是我為自己創(chuàng)造天氣。我要學(xué)會(huì)用自己的心靈彌補(bǔ)氣候的不足。如果我為顧客帶來(lái)風(fēng)雨、憂郁、黑暗和悲觀，那么他們也會(huì)報(bào)之于風(fēng)雨、憂郁、黑暗和悲觀，而他們什么也不會(huì)買(mǎi)。相反的，如果我們?yōu)轭櫩瞳I(xiàn)上歡樂(lè)、喜悅、光明和笑聲，他們也會(huì)報(bào)之以歡樂(lè)、喜悅、光明和笑聲，我就能獲得銷售上的豐收，賺取成倉(cāng)的金幣。

今天我學(xué)會(huì)控制情緒。

我怎樣才能控制情緒，讓每天充滿幸福和歡樂(lè)？我要學(xué)會(huì)這個(gè)千古秘訣：弱者任思緒控制行為，強(qiáng)者讓行控制思緒。每天醒來(lái)當(dāng)我被悲傷、自憐、失敗的情緒包圍時(shí)，我就這樣與之對(duì)抗：

沮喪時(shí)，我引吭高歌。

悲傷時(shí)，我開(kāi)懷大笑。

病痛時(shí)，我加倍工作。

恐懼時(shí)，我勇往直前。

自卑時(shí)，我換上新裝。

不安時(shí)，我提高嗓聲。

窮困潦倒時(shí)，我想象未來(lái)的富有。

力不從心時(shí)，我回想過(guò)去的成功。

自輕自賤時(shí)，我想想自己的目標(biāo)。
