摘要:工程建設(shè)中,施工組織設(shè)計(jì)是對(duì)施工活動(dòng)實(shí)行科學(xué)管理的重要手段,它具有戰(zhàn)略部署和戰(zhàn)術(shù)安排的雙重作用,施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的安排是施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的重要組成部分,尤其在橋梁施工中,由于橋梁工程具有結(jié)構(gòu)組成部分多、施工邏輯順序嚴(yán)格等特點(diǎn),施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的安排不僅關(guān)系施工進(jìn)度,更直接影響施工成本的投入,同時(shí)對(duì)質(zhì)量、安全具有重要作用。故合理的施工組織安排在橋梁施工中顯得尤為重要。本文依托車城西路上跨西寶高速鋼箱梁項(xiàng)目,結(jié)合橋梁施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制及施工過程中進(jìn)度控制的通病分析,闡述施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃在橋梁施工過程中發(fā)揮的重要作用。
Abstract: In engineering construction, construction organization design is an important means of scientific management of construction activities. It has the dual role of strategic deployment and tactical arrangement. The arrangement of construction schedule is an important part of construction organization design, especially in bridge construction. Because the bridge project has many structural components and strict construction logic sequence, the construction schedule is not only related to the construction progress, but also directly affects the construction cost input, and plays an important role in quality and safety. Therefore, reasonable construction organization is particularly important in bridge construction. This paper relies on the cross-Xibao high-speed steel box girder project on the West Road of Checheng, combined with the preparation of the bridge construction schedule and the analysis of the progress of the progress control during the construction process, expounds the important role played by the construction schedule in the bridge construction process.

本工程為西咸新區(qū)灃東新城車城西路與西寶高速交叉處立交主線橋,其主線橋?yàn)?孔連續(xù)鋼箱梁,其跨徑為52m,橋梁起點(diǎn)樁號(hào)K1+208.145,終點(diǎn)樁號(hào)K1+260.145,橋梁全長(zhǎng)52m,分東西兩幅,單幅橋?qū)?9.5m,鋼箱梁高度為2.0m,主梁為單箱多室,每室寬1.95m,主梁頂板寬19.5m,底板寬14m,懸臂寬1.75m,頂板和底板加勁肋間距0.476m,在邊腹板內(nèi)側(cè)懸臂根部處各設(shè)置一道加勁肋,其余腹板不設(shè)。頂板和加勁肋厚度22mm,底板和腹板厚度26mm,主梁每隔2m設(shè)置一道橫隔板,板厚16mm,橫隔板上設(shè)有橫向12mm厚加勁肋以增加橫隔板剛度,梁體橫向等高,腹板鉛垂,梁底設(shè)調(diào)平鋼板。鋼箱梁所有材料均采用Q345qD鋼進(jìn)行制作,總噸位約1368.8噸。
2.1 施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的概念
施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃是施工組織設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容,是控制工程施工進(jìn)度和工程施工期限等各項(xiàng)施工活動(dòng)的依據(jù)。計(jì)劃的編制從實(shí)際出發(fā),注意施工的連續(xù)性和均衡性;按合同規(guī)定的工期要求,做到好中求快,提高竣工率;講求綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)效果。
以施工方案為基礎(chǔ),以規(guī)定工期和技術(shù)物資的供應(yīng)為條件,以合理的施工工序?yàn)樗{(lán)本,統(tǒng)籌安排各項(xiàng)施工活動(dòng)而進(jìn)行編制的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃文件。
2.2 施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃包含的主要內(nèi)容
2.2.1 施工節(jié)點(diǎn)目標(biāo)
根據(jù)工程總工期的要求,通過進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編排提出關(guān)鍵線路的完成節(jié)點(diǎn)。
節(jié)點(diǎn)目標(biāo)的作用:以時(shí)間為主線,清晰明了地給出關(guān)鍵線路的施工節(jié)點(diǎn),使施工有了明確的方向。
2.2.2 施工順序
施工順序是根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際(包括地形地貌、分包隊(duì)伍情況等)及工程本身的工序性確定的工程施工順序(包括施工先后順序、平行施工等)。
2.2.3 資源配置
以施工節(jié)點(diǎn)、工期、施工方案、分包情況為基礎(chǔ)合理配置機(jī)械、人員。
合理資源配置的作用:合理、科學(xué)的資源配置是實(shí)現(xiàn)工程進(jìn)度目標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ)和核心,合理的資源配置避免了施工成本的多投入,更是項(xiàng)目經(jīng)營(yíng)管理控制的關(guān)鍵。
2.2.4 進(jìn)度計(jì)劃保證措施
通過工程實(shí)際情況編制保證進(jìn)度計(jì)劃得以實(shí)施的各項(xiàng)保證措施(如:物資需求計(jì)劃、資金需求計(jì)劃、技術(shù)保證等)。
