現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中，機(jī)器人同樣扮演著重要角色。隨著機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)的蓬勃興起，越來越多機(jī)器人行業(yè)“大佬”落戶重慶兩江新區(qū)，引領(lǐng)重慶制造業(yè)不斷革新升級(jí)。

Renowned Robot Companies Gather in Chongqing

內(nèi)陸開放是推動(dòng)重慶發(fā)展的“引擎”，大數(shù)據(jù)智能化則讓這臺(tái)“引擎”更新迭代，持續(xù)不斷輸出強(qiáng)大動(dòng)力。

去年12月14日，2017中國機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展大會(huì)在重慶悅來國際會(huì)議中心舉行，在重慶兩江新區(qū)發(fā)展“紅火”的機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)，已日益成為全國重要的機(jī)器人生產(chǎn)基地之一。

事實(shí)上，早前重慶兩江新區(qū)便在水土高新園規(guī)劃了占地2平方公里的重慶兩江機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)園。

隨后，5家機(jī)器人重點(diǎn)企業(yè)攜手中科院重慶綠色智能研究院，與兩江新區(qū)簽訂正式投資協(xié)議，這標(biāo)志著重慶兩江機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)園正式啟航。

當(dāng)我們翻開兩江新區(qū)機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)布局圖時(shí)，看到世界排名前五的機(jī)器人“巨頭”在此安家落戶：

日本發(fā)那科投資1億元，在重慶兩江新區(qū)建發(fā)那科西部地區(qū)生產(chǎn)基地；德國庫卡與重慶長安正式成立合資公司——長安徠斯（重慶）機(jī)器人智能裝備有限公司；兩江新區(qū)與ABB簽訂正式投資協(xié)議，ABB機(jī)器人重慶應(yīng)用中心項(xiàng)目正式落戶兩江新區(qū)水土高新園；川崎（重慶）機(jī)器人研發(fā)生產(chǎn)基地在兩江新區(qū)水土高新園正式投產(chǎn)。

行業(yè)大佬的集聚效應(yīng)顯現(xiàn)，華數(shù)、哈工大、博眾等近30家機(jī)器人企業(yè)也緊隨其后，在重慶兩江新區(qū)完成投資落戶。

On December 14th last year, the 2017 China Robot Industry Development Conference was held at the Yuelai International Convention Center in Chongqing, which has become one of China's most important robot production bases.

In fact, before the conference, the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area had planned a two-squarekilometer Chongqing Liangjiang Robot Industrial Park in the ShuiTu High-tech Industrial Park.

Subsequently, five major robot companies partnered with the Chongqing Institute of Green and Intelligent Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences to sign a formal investment agreement with Chongqing Liangjiang New Area, marking the official launch of the Chongqing Liangjiang Robot Industrial Park.

The layout map of the robot industry in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area shows that the world’s top five robot “giants”have settled here:

Japan’s FANUC invested RMB 100 million in building a production base in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area; KUKA, a Germany company,and Chongqing Chang'an established a joint venture company - Chang'an Reis (Chongqing)Robotic Intelligent Equipment Co.,Ltd; Chongqing Liangjiang New Area signed a formal investment agreement with ABB, and the ABB Robotics(Chongqing) Application Center has settled in ShuiTu High-tech Industrial Park; The Kawasaki(Chongqing) Robotics R&D and Production Base was put into operation in the ShuiTu High-tech Industrial Park.

The settlement of the above giants in robotics has generated good agglomeration effects, and nearly 30 robot companies such as WASU, Harbin Institute of Technology and BOZHON followed them to conduct investment in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area.

2018年7月底，我們來到位于兩江新區(qū)水土高新園的川崎（重慶）機(jī)器人研發(fā)生產(chǎn)基地，一探產(chǎn)業(yè)機(jī)器人助力兩江新區(qū)打造中國智能制造高地的奧秘。

兩棟巨大的廠房矗立在眼前。廠房內(nèi)，一排安裝有兩只機(jī)械臂的白色機(jī)器人，正有條不紊地進(jìn)行汽車配件裝配。

“這款機(jī)器人有兩個(gè)能夠協(xié)調(diào)動(dòng)作水平的多關(guān)節(jié)手臂，定位精度高，單臂最大負(fù)載重量兩公斤，能最大限度滿足3C行業(yè)的需求。”川崎機(jī)器人研發(fā)生產(chǎn)基地負(fù)責(zé)人告訴我們，這款名為duAro的雙腕機(jī)器人主要用于大規(guī)模流水線上的裝配，可以精確高效地協(xié)調(diào)若干不同的動(dòng)作，通過不同的編程方案可以保障工業(yè)產(chǎn)品的高質(zhì)量。

“duAro雙腕機(jī)器人是2015年10月在重慶發(fā)布的，專門面向中國西南地區(qū)市場(chǎng)，重慶是這款機(jī)器人全球唯一的生產(chǎn)地?！鄙a(chǎn)基地負(fù)責(zé)人說，“除了這款機(jī)器人外，我們還生產(chǎn)6軸機(jī)器人，主要包括大型通用機(jī)器人CX系列、點(diǎn)焊用機(jī)器人B系列、中小型通用機(jī)器人R系列、弧焊用機(jī)器人、碼垛用機(jī)器人等，從醫(yī)藥行業(yè)到涂裝應(yīng)用，覆蓋各個(gè)領(lǐng)域。”

川崎重工業(yè)株式會(huì)社是首家在日本生產(chǎn)出機(jī)器人的企業(yè)，其產(chǎn)品主要應(yīng)用于汽車制造。生產(chǎn)基地負(fù)責(zé)人說，“重慶是全國最大的汽車生產(chǎn)基地，擁有長安、福特、現(xiàn)代等14家整車生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，正是深厚的傳統(tǒng)汽車制造業(yè)吸引了川崎的目光。我們有信心助力重慶傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)迭代升級(jí)，加速走向智能制造。”

川崎機(jī)器人在重慶的發(fā)展壯大，是重慶兩江新區(qū)機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)蓬勃興旺的一個(gè)縮影。

幾年來，通過構(gòu)建產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展生態(tài)，完善機(jī)器人全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，兩江新區(qū)已初步形成高端機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集。2017年，兩江新區(qū)機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)值36億元，生產(chǎn)機(jī)器人超2700臺(tái)套，約占全市總產(chǎn)量的75%。

Two huge factories erect in front of you. Inside the factories, long straight rows of white robots with two robotic arms are assembling auto parts in order.

"The robot with two muti-joint arms can coordinate operations with accurate positioning,and the maximum load of each arm is two kilograms,which can meet the needs of the 3C industry to the utmost extent. The head of the Kawasaki (Chongqing)Robotics R&D and Production Base told us that this double-wrist robot called duAro is mainly used for the assembly work of large-scale assembly lines.It can accurately and efficiently coordinate various operations, and ensure the high quality of industrial products through different programming schemes.

“The duAro double-wrist robot was released in Chongqing in October 2015 and is dedicated to the south China. This robot is exclusively produced in Chongqing. "In addition to this robot, we produce the 6-axis robots, including the robot CX series for large-scale general purposes, the robot B series for spot welding, the small and medium-sized generalpurpose robot R series, the robot for arc welding,robot palletizer, etc., covering all areas from the pharmaceutical industry to coating applications",said the head of the production base. ”

Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. is Japan' first company producing robots, and its products are mainly used in automobile manufacturing. The head of the production base said, "Chongqing has China's largest automobile production base, with 14 vehicle manufacturers such as Changan, Ford and Hyundai. Its strong foundation in traditional automobile manufacturing industry leaves Kawasaki attractive impression. We are confident in helping Chongqing update its traditional manufacturing industry and accelerate the development of its smart manufacturing. ”

The great development of Kawasaki Robotics in Chongqing is a microcosm of the booming robot industry in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area.

Over the past few years, by building the industry development ecology and perfecting the entire industrial chain of the robot, the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area has gradually formed a highend robot industry cluster. In 2017, the robot industry in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area achieved an output value of RMB 3.6 billion and produced 2,700 sets of production robots, accounting for 75% of the total output in Chongqing.
