Hi, I’m Iris in grade four. Everyone dreams of an unusual vacation. I had such a holiday this year. My family and I went to the largest island in Europe. Can you guess where it is? Yes, that’s right, it is the Great Britain. It is composed of England, Scotland(蘇格蘭) and Welsh(威爾士). Now let me describe to you my wonderful summer holiday.

First, we went to Northernmost Scotland. We visited the Neist Point Lighthouse(內(nèi)斯特角燈塔), one of the ten most beautiful liɡhthouses in the world. Then we went to the famous Loch Ness and looked for the Loch Ness Monster(尼斯湖水怪) in the lake.

We arrived in Enɡland later. We went to Oxford, and visited the famous colleɡes and the oldest library in Europe. I am a Harry Potter fan. My mother ɡave me a surprise. She took me to visit the location of Harry Potter. The things in the movies turned into real. Wow, it’s so amazing!

Finally, we visited the British Museum. In the British Museum, I saw so many famous cultural relics(遺跡) in the world. I saw the real mummy(木乃伊).The mummy was smaller than I imagined. The mummy looked bright because it was kept well.

In this holiday I felt good. I saw some things which were only in the books before. How about your holiday? Can you tell me?
