◎文體概述

求助信應(yīng)開(kāi)門見(jiàn)山，直截了當(dāng)?shù)匕涯阌龅降碾y題或者困惑告訴對(duì)方，并向?qū)Ψ角笾?。一般可以分為三個(gè)步驟進(jìn)行寫作：

第一步，詢問(wèn)對(duì)方情況，說(shuō)明寫信目的；第二步，說(shuō)明困難，請(qǐng)求對(duì)方幫忙；第三步，表達(dá)期盼之情。此外，寫求助信時(shí)應(yīng)注意：

1.正確把握時(shí)態(tài)，保證語(yǔ)言的準(zhǔn)確性。

寫英文求助信的原因就是因?yàn)槟壳白约涸谀骋环矫娲嬖诶щy，因此時(shí)態(tài)應(yīng)用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)，當(dāng)然，描繪自己得到幫助后的進(jìn)步時(shí)，時(shí)態(tài)應(yīng)用一般將來(lái)時(shí)。同學(xué)們一定要牢記求助信的這些時(shí)態(tài)特點(diǎn)，并增強(qiáng)錯(cuò)誤防范意識(shí)，養(yǎng)成錯(cuò)誤防范習(xí)慣，確保語(yǔ)言的準(zhǔn)確性。

2.熟悉常用句型，提高文章整體美感。

寫英文求助信時(shí)應(yīng)首先做自我介紹，此時(shí)可用My name is...， I'm writing to you for some help或I'm writing a letter to you to get some help句型。接著可簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明自己所面臨的困難，此時(shí)可用I have met much difficulty in...句型。請(qǐng)求對(duì)方做某事時(shí)可用Would you like to...，so that...In the meanwhile/At the same time,I beg you to...，so that...Also,I would like you to...等句型。展望自己獲得幫助后的進(jìn)步時(shí)可用I'm sure with your help I can make greatprogress句型。這些句型不但使用頻率高，而且語(yǔ)氣委婉，態(tài)度謙恭，符合求助信的語(yǔ)言特點(diǎn)。

3.貼切使用過(guò)渡性詞匯，提高文章邏輯性。

列舉自己所碰到的困難時(shí)可用first、besides、what's more等過(guò)渡性詞匯。請(qǐng)求對(duì)方提供一系列幫助時(shí)可用in the meanwhile、at the same time、in addition、also等過(guò)渡性詞匯。這些過(guò)渡性詞匯是英文求助信中富有特色的過(guò)渡性詞匯，應(yīng)增強(qiáng)使用意識(shí)，養(yǎng)成使用習(xí)慣。

4.適當(dāng)使用高級(jí)表達(dá)方式，提高文章表達(dá)的檔次。

寫英文求助信時(shí)除使用常規(guī)高級(jí)詞句之外，還可重點(diǎn)考慮幾處高級(jí)表達(dá)方式。表達(dá)“面臨巨大困難，所以只好求助”時(shí)，可用現(xiàn)在分詞做狀語(yǔ)的句型，如Facing so much difficulty,I have to ask you for some help。也可使用過(guò)去分詞做狀語(yǔ)的句型，如Faced with so much difficulty,I have to ask for your help。表達(dá)請(qǐng)求對(duì)方幫助以便自己能夠有所進(jìn)步時(shí)，可使用so that或in order that引導(dǎo)的目的狀語(yǔ)從句。這個(gè)句型非常好，有很大的表達(dá)容量，它既可表達(dá)求助內(nèi)容，又能表達(dá)對(duì)方實(shí)施幫助后的作用，可謂一舉兩得。但必須注意的是，僅僅懂得這一點(diǎn)還不夠，同學(xué)們一定要下定決心，強(qiáng)化意識(shí)，把這一句型用到實(shí)際寫作中去。

◎經(jīng)典句型

篇首句：點(diǎn)明身份并直接說(shuō)明寫求助信的目的。
