【摘要】目的 探討冠心病患者血漿脂蛋白相關(guān)磷脂酶A2、血尿酸、高敏C-反應(yīng)蛋白水平變化。
方法 選取2016年09月~2018年11月收治的研究對(duì)象為60例冠心病患者,按照冠心病類(lèi)型分為三組,即為觀察1組(急性心肌梗死)、觀察2組(不穩(wěn)定型心絞痛)、觀察3組(穩(wěn)定性型心絞痛),同期選擇20例健康體檢人員作為研究對(duì)象——對(duì)照組;且對(duì)各組受檢人員的脂蛋白相關(guān)磷脂酶A2、血尿酸、高敏C-反應(yīng)蛋白水平進(jìn)行觀察及評(píng)估。結(jié)果 觀察1組患者的血漿脂蛋白相關(guān)磷脂酶A2、血尿酸、高敏C-反應(yīng)蛋白高于觀察2、3組及對(duì)照組數(shù)據(jù),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 血漿脂蛋白相關(guān)磷脂酶A2、血尿酸及高敏C-反應(yīng)蛋白水平變化可用于預(yù)測(cè)冠心病,以便于為治療提供正確方向,與此同時(shí)還能反映冠狀動(dòng)脈
進(jìn)程。

【Abstract】Objective To investigate the changes of plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2,serum uric acid and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 60 patients with coronary heart disease were selected from September 2016 to November 2018.According to the types of coronary heart disease,they were divided into three groups:observation group 1 (acute myocardial infarction),observation group 2 (unstable angina pectoris) and observation group 3 (stable angina pectoris). At the same time, 20 health examiners were selected as study pairs.The levels of lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2,serum uric acid and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein were observed and evaluated.Results The levels of plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2,serum uric acid and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in the observation group were higher than those in the observation group 2, 3 and the control group, and the P value was less than 0.05.Conclusion The changes of plasma lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2,serum uric acid and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels can be used to predict coronary heart disease, so as to provide a correct direction for treatment, and at the same time reflect the process of coronary artery.

冠心病是臨床上較為常見(jiàn)疾病之一,典型臨床表現(xiàn)在于心肌梗死及心絞痛,又被稱(chēng)為冠狀動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化心臟病,具有極高的發(fā)病率,呈日益上升趨勢(shì),且越來(lái)越年輕化,同時(shí)也是威脅人們生命健康安全的第一大殺手,為此及時(shí)進(jìn)行有效治療十分重要,對(duì)改善預(yù)后具有積極作用[1];我院為了探討冠心病患者血漿脂蛋白相關(guān)磷脂酶A2、血尿酸、高敏C-反應(yīng)蛋白水平變化,選取研究對(duì)象為80例受檢人員,現(xiàn)報(bào)告如下。
1 資料與方法
1.1 一般資料
