4月18日，由中華慈善總會(huì)舉辦的第二屆“一帶一路·手拉手”十國少年中國行活動(dòng)第三站來到重慶。在為期3天的時(shí)間里，來自中國、緬甸、柬埔寨、老撾、泰國、俄羅斯等10個(gè)國家的少年走進(jìn)重慶市人民小學(xué)，參與“一帶一路”10國文化主題體驗(yàn)活動(dòng)；走進(jìn)重慶兩江國際影視城，感受巴渝特色街區(qū)風(fēng)情；在重慶科技館、重慶大劇院觀景平臺(tái)，縱覽“橋都”獨(dú)特魅力，領(lǐng)略重慶開放、創(chuàng)新、生態(tài)、文明、活力的良好城市形象。

中匈合資智能終端產(chǎn)業(yè)落戶潼南

4月28日，在重慶市科學(xué)技術(shù)局與匈牙利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館聯(lián)合舉辦的“2019中國（重慶）——匈牙利汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新論壇”上，“智能終端產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目”正式簽約落戶重慶潼南區(qū)，該項(xiàng)目投資5000萬元，使用約6000平方米標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房，進(jìn)行智能手機(jī)、觸摸式鍵盤、汽車電子等產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)、研發(fā)及生產(chǎn)，投產(chǎn)達(dá)效后可實(shí)現(xiàn)年產(chǎn)值15億元，實(shí)現(xiàn)年稅收1500萬元。

重慶將開通中國航程最長的定期貨運(yùn)航線

4月27日，埃塞俄比亞航空集團(tuán)與重慶市政府口岸物流辦、重慶機(jī)場(chǎng)集團(tuán)，在北京舉行簽約儀式，最快將于今年6月，在重慶開通直飛埃塞俄比亞首都亞的斯亞貝巴的定期貨運(yùn)航線。此次簽約的3條定期貨運(yùn)航線在到達(dá)亞的斯亞貝巴后，均將“一機(jī)到底”、保持同一個(gè)航班號(hào)，繼續(xù)飛往巴西和智利。這將是中國現(xiàn)有飛行線路最長、串飛航點(diǎn)最多的貨運(yùn)定期航線。它將串聯(lián)亞洲、非洲和南美，有效滿足重慶筆電、手機(jī)等產(chǎn)品發(fā)往中東、印度、非洲、南美等市場(chǎng)的貨運(yùn)需求。

“全球活力城市”中國方案研討會(huì)在渝舉行

4月26日，由國際群體協(xié)會(huì)（TAFISA）、重慶市體育局主辦的2019年“全球活力城市”中國方案研討會(huì)在重慶舉行。來自世界各地的大眾體育工作者以“全球活力城市中國方案”為主題，共話中國大眾體育建設(shè)成果與經(jīng)驗(yàn)。發(fā)布了《全球活力城市重慶·萬盛倡議書》，倡議全球各地尤其是亞洲地區(qū)，充分關(guān)注中國大眾體育的發(fā)展，因地制宜地參考、借鑒重慶萬盛的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和做法。重慶萬盛經(jīng)開區(qū)是全球6座活力城市代表之一。

渝企“一帶一路”備案投資達(dá)21.7億美元

4月24日，市商務(wù)委消息，截至3月，重慶企業(yè)在“一帶一路”沿線國家和地區(qū)有備案的投資已累計(jì)達(dá)21.7億美元，涵蓋電子商務(wù)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+工業(yè)、智能物聯(lián)等多個(gè)行業(yè)。今年1至3月，重慶企業(yè)對(duì)“一帶一路”沿線國家和地區(qū)新增投資備案1.8億美元，新簽對(duì)外承包工程合同額1.5億美元，占同期重慶對(duì)外承包工程合同總額的73.3%。

團(tuán)結(jié)村站卸空車突破1000輛大關(guān)

4月21日，重慶最大的鐵路集散地——團(tuán)結(jié)村車站卸空車數(shù)達(dá)到1008輛，環(huán)比增加18.3%，破1000輛大關(guān)，創(chuàng)下歷史新高，為服務(wù)重慶內(nèi)陸國際物流樞紐建設(shè)，助力內(nèi)陸開放新高地打造再立新功。作為“一帶一路”的關(guān)鍵地標(biāo)，團(tuán)結(jié)村站在重慶內(nèi)陸開放建設(shè)中率先開通了向西直達(dá)歐洲的中歐班列和向南通達(dá)東南亞的陸海新通道，形成四通八達(dá)的國際物流大通道體系，實(shí)現(xiàn)“一帶”與“一路”的有機(jī)銜接。

諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)（重慶）二維材料研究院落戶兩江新區(qū)

4月20日，諾貝爾物理學(xué)獎(jiǎng)獲得者科斯提亞·諾沃肖洛夫任名譽(yù)院長的諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)（重慶）二維材料研究院簽約落戶兩江新區(qū)，這是迄今為止重慶首個(gè)二維新材料研發(fā)平臺(tái)項(xiàng)目。該研究院將以石墨烯應(yīng)用、石墨烯規(guī)?；苽涞葹榉较?，未來計(jì)劃構(gòu)建科研與孵化、成果轉(zhuǎn)化與資本、高端人才與產(chǎn)業(yè)化服務(wù)3個(gè)板塊，并重點(diǎn)建設(shè)運(yùn)營二維材料推廣應(yīng)用中心，以及石墨烯基智能穿戴應(yīng)用、能源材料與器件、功能涂料應(yīng)用等重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室。

重慶自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)兩江片區(qū)兩年吸引3672億注冊(cè)資本

4月8日，兩江新區(qū)消息，重慶自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)掛牌兩年以來，作為核心區(qū)的兩江新區(qū)充分利用全國第三個(gè)國家級(jí)新區(qū)、中新示范項(xiàng)目核心區(qū)、重慶自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)核心區(qū)三區(qū)疊加的政策優(yōu)勢(shì)，高起點(diǎn)、高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、高質(zhì)量推動(dòng)自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)發(fā)展。截至目前，重慶自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)兩江片區(qū)市場(chǎng)主體累計(jì)達(dá)19420戶，注冊(cè)資本3672億元。

中國鐵路總公司支持魚嘴貨運(yùn)站升為一級(jí)國際鐵路樞紐站

4月8日，為助力果園港發(fā)展“多式聯(lián)運(yùn)”，更好地服務(wù)“一帶一路”建設(shè)和長江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶發(fā)展，中國鐵路總公司明確表態(tài)，將支持重慶魚嘴貨運(yùn)站由二級(jí)貨運(yùn)站升級(jí)為一級(jí)國際鐵路樞紐站，并增加集裝箱裝卸功能。魚嘴貨運(yùn)站原是渝懷鐵路線上一個(gè)站點(diǎn)，位于江北區(qū)魚嘴鎮(zhèn)，距離果園港5公里，重慶規(guī)劃建設(shè)了果園港鐵路專用線與渝懷鐵路和魚嘴貨運(yùn)站接軌。

“The Belt and Road ? Hand in Hand” Tencountry Students Touring in Chongqing

On April 18th,the third “The Belt and Road·Hand in Hand”ten countries’ youth touring held by the China Charity Federation came to Chongqing.During the three-day stay,they visited the Chongqing Renmin Primary School and participated in the BRI cultural theme activities of the 10 countries.They visited the International Movie City of Liangjiang District,Chongqing to appreciate the unique streets featuring Bayu culture.They went to the Chongqing Science and Technology Museum,the viewing platform of Chongqing Grand Theatre to enjoy the charm of Chongqing as “the capital of bridges” and a city characterized by openness,innovation,ecology,civilization and vitality.

China-Hungary Joint Smart Terminal Industry Settled in Tongnan District

On April 28th,the “Intelligent Terminal Product Project” was officially signed and settled in Tongnan District,Chongqing at the“2019 China (Chongqing)-Hungary Automobile Industry Innovation Forum” jointly organized by Chongqing Science and Technology Bureau and the Hungarian Consulate General in Chongqing.With an investment of 50 million,the project has 6,000 square meters of standard factory buildings for the design,R&D and production of smart phones,smart keyboards and automotive electronics.The annual output value will total 1.5 billion yuan and the annual tax revenue 15 million yuan.

Chongqing will Open the Longest Regular Freight Route in China

On April 27th,Ethiopian Airlines Group,Chongqing Port and Logistics Office and Chongqing Airport Group held a signing ceremony in Beijing.The regular freight route from Chongqing to Addis Ababa,capital of Ethiopia will be opened in June this year.Upon arriving at Addis Ababa,the three routes will directly fly to Brazil and Chile with the same flight number.This will be the longest freight route in China with the longest flight routes and the largest number of operating flights.It will connect Asia,Africa South America to effectively meet the cargo demand of Chongqing for the delivery of notebooks,mobile phones and other products to the Middle East,India,Africa,South America and other markets.

“Global Active City” Chinese Project Forum in Chongqing

On April 26th,the 2019 “Global Active City”Chinese Project Forum organized by the TAFISA and the Chongqing Municipal Sports Bureau was held in Chongqing.Mass sports workers from all over the world took the theme of “Global Active City Chinese Project” and shared achievements and experience of the development of Chinese mass sports.The Global Active City Chongqing·Wansheng Proposal was issued,which encourages all countries,especially those in Asia,to pay full attention to the development of Chinese mass sports,and to learn from Wansheng District’s experience and practices.The Economic Development Zone of Wansheng District,Chongqing is one of landmarks among the six most dynamic cities in the world.

BRI Filing Investment of Enterprises in Chongqing Reached 2.17 Billion US Dollars

On April 24,Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce reported that enterprises in Chongqing,up to March,had had a total investment of 2.17 billion US dollars in the countries and regions along the “Belt and Road”,covering e-commerce,Internet plus industry,intelligent Internet of Things.From January to March this year,Chongqing enterprises had another US$180 million of filing investment in countries and regions along the “Belt and Road”.The newly signed foreign contracted projects reached US$150 million,accounting for 73.3% of the total during the same period,

1000 Empty Vehicle Unloaded in Tuanjie Village Railway Station

On April 21st,the number of unloading vehicles at Tuanjie Village Railway Station,the largest railway distribution center in Chongqing,reached a record number of 1,000,an increase of 18.3% over the previous month.It contributes to the development of Chongqing in its efforts to build itself into the inland international logistics hub and inland opening-up highland.As a key landmark of the “Belt and Road”,Tuanjie Village has taken the lead in opening a new route to Europe via China Express Railway,and to Southeast Asia via the New International Land-sea Trade Corridor,thus forming a large international logistics system which extends to all directions.This is the connection between the “Belt”and the “Road”.

Nobel Laureate (Chongqing) 2D Materials Research Institute Settled in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area

On April 20th,the 2D Materials Research Institute,in which the Nobel Prize winner in Physics Kostya Nooselov was appointed honorary dean,was settled in the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area.As the first 2D new materials R&D platform in Chongqing,the institute will focus on the application and preparation of graphene.In the future,it plans to cover three sections: scientific research and incubation,commercialization of results and capital,high-end talents and industrialized services.It will focus on the building and operating of 2D materials promotion and application center,and key laboratories for graphene-based smart wearable applications,energy materials and devices,and functional coating applications .

Liangjiang New Area of Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone Has Secured 367.2 Billion Yuan of Registered Capital in the Past Two Years

On April 8th,since the founding of Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone two years ago,the Chongqing Liangjiang New Area,as a core area,has fully utilized its policy advantages as the third national-level new area,the core area of China-Singapore Demonstration Project and Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone.It promotes the development of Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone from a high starting point,and with standards and quality.Up till now,the number of market entities in the Liangjiang New Area of Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone has reached 19,420,with a registered capital of 367.2 billion yuan,according to a source from Liangjiang New Area.

China Railway Corporation Supports the Upgrading of Yuzui Freight Station to a First-class International Railway Hub

On April 8th,in order to help the Guoyuan Port develop “multimodal transport” and contribute to development of BRI and the Yangtze River Economic Belt,China Railway Corporation clearly stated that it will support the upgrading of Chongqing Yuzui Freight Station from a secondary station to a firstclass international railway hub and increase its container unloading operation.Originally on the Huaihuai Railway line,the Yuzui Railway Station is located in Yuzui Town,Jiangbei District,about 5 km away from Guoyuan Port.A special railway line is under way to connect Yuhuai Railway and Yuzui Freight Station with Guoyuan Port.
