Wang Deliang was born in Weifang， Shangdong province， and graduated from Qufu Normal University. As a national second-class artist， Wang enjoys the government subsidies. He is also a member of Chinese Artists Association， member of Shandong Artists Association， Vice President of Jining Artists Association， and President of Jining Young Artists Association.

Wangs works have been displayed at more than a dozen of international， national influential exhibitions， such as the first national traditional Chinese paintings exhibition， the second national landscape paintings exhibitions， the second national figure paintings exhibition， etc. He has received the First Prize of the “May 1st Cultural Award”held by Shandong Provincial Department of Culture. Wang has hosted many solo and joint exhibitions across the nation， and published three albums of painting works.

王德亮，山東濰坊人。畢業(yè)于曲阜師范大學(xué)美術(shù)系，中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，山東省美協(xié)理事，國家二級(jí)美術(shù)師，濟(jì)寧市美協(xié)副主席，濟(jì)寧市青年美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)主席，濟(jì)寧市孔孟書畫院副院長(zhǎng)，享受政府津貼專家。北京鳳凰嶺美術(shù)館中國書畫學(xué)霍春陽工作室成員。

作品參加第二屆全國中國畫展、第二屆全國山水畫展、第二屆全國人物畫展、第二屆北京國際雙年展中青展、第三屆國際雙年展資格展、海潮杯全國中國畫展、紀(jì)念抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)勝利六十周年全國中國畫展、2004年全國中國畫展、第二屆全國少數(shù)民族美術(shù)作品展（優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)）、建國55周年全國青年國慶書畫展（優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)）、第二屆徐悲鴻美術(shù)獎(jiǎng)（優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)）、第三屆全國畫院優(yōu)秀作品展等數(shù)十次國家級(jí)展覽，并榮獲山東省文化廳“五一文化獎(jiǎng)”一等獎(jiǎng)，先后在濟(jì)寧、江蘇等地舉辦個(gè)人展及聯(lián)展。出版發(fā)行個(gè)人專輯《王德亮花鳥精品粹編》《畫院派精英王德亮》《素紙文心——王德亮花鳥小品集》。
