Ma Wanguo， art name Baohai， was born in Shandong province， and graduated from the Department of Traditional Chinese Painting at Central Academy of Fine Arts （CAFA）. Ma is a member of Chinese Artists Association， visiting professor at Chinese Peoples Public Security University and Shandong University of Technology， artist of China Charity Federation， and research fellow at Communication University of China. Mas solo exhibitions were held at National Art Museum of China in 1994 and 2004， and his joint exhibition with prof. Liu Jingui at CAFA took place at Shandong Art Museum in 2000. His works have been displayed at national， large-scale exhibitions for many times， winning several awards. A lot of his works have been collected by well-known museums and institutions， such as the Great Hall of the People， Zhongnanhai， and National Art Museum of China. Five collections of his works have been published by famous publishing houses in China.

馬萬(wàn)國(guó)，藝名抱海，齊魯人士，曾就讀于中央美術(shù)學(xué)院國(guó)畫系?，F(xiàn)為中國(guó)美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，中國(guó)人民公安大學(xué)客座教授，中華慈善總會(huì)中華慈善美術(shù)家，中國(guó)傳媒大學(xué)藝術(shù)研究所研究員，文化部華夏文化遺產(chǎn)中國(guó)畫院創(chuàng)研室副主任，山東理工大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院客座教授。1994年8月與2014年8月在中國(guó)美術(shù)館舉辦個(gè)人畫展，2000年1月在山東美術(shù)館與中央美術(shù)學(xué)院劉金貴教授聯(lián)展。作品曾多次入選全國(guó)性大展并獲獎(jiǎng)，許多作品被人民大會(huì)堂、中南海、中央軍委辦公廳、中國(guó)美術(shù)館及各大博物館和紀(jì)念館收藏。 中國(guó)民族攝影藝術(shù)出版社出版精裝版《馬萬(wàn)國(guó)中國(guó)畫作品集》（昆侖系列）；天津人民美術(shù)出版社出版《中國(guó)獨(dú)樹一幟名家·馬萬(wàn)國(guó)畫昆侖山》；人民美術(shù)出版社出版《馬萬(wàn)國(guó)百幅扇面作品集》《馬萬(wàn)國(guó)百幅團(tuán)扇作品集》《馬萬(wàn)國(guó)百幅國(guó)畫作品集》（第一輯、第二輯）。
