We saw all the trouble that Steve and the other penguins had to go through-from building a nest out of rocks to help protect their babies to fighting seals， whales and birds who try to kill and eat the young penguins and their parents. It was also incredible to see their chicks （雛企鵝） grow so fast in just a few months.

While we found the film to be very educational， it was also showed in such a way that we were laughing while watching all of the penguins adventures. Narrator Ed Helms， an actor who tells the story from Steves point of view， was great. He was so funny and gave Steve human qualities that many of us could relate to （感同身受）. The movie also portrayed （刻畫） the cold weather and the friendship and competitiveness of the penguins very well.
