非洲動漫展推出兒童大會

7月初，非洲動漫展Comic Con Africa 2019主辦方發(fā)出邀請，歡迎兒童們參加展會同期會議——為期四天的KidsCon大會，這是一個適合家庭參加的板塊。作為非洲第一個完全以兒童為焦點的會議，KidsCon大會將充分鼓勵孩子們表現(xiàn)自己，展示個性，將“趣味和游戲”的展會關(guān)鍵詞提升到了一個新的水平。 該活動定于2019年9月21日至24日在米德蘭Gallagher會議中心舉行。

為了確保孩子們在游樂場中占絕對主導(dǎo)地位，KidsCon大會組委會還特別成立了KidsCon小專家委員會——由14名不同年齡層（5至10歲）的兒童組成的董事會。 這些兒童分享了他們對各種趨勢和產(chǎn)品的見解。這些建議將被展會組委會用來創(chuàng)造一個令人難忘、充滿活力和現(xiàn)代感的大會，甚至讓父母們也渴望加入其中。

KidsCon to launch at Comic Con Africa

Comic Con Africa 2019 welcomes the youngest member of the family to its four day offering， KidsCon， a family-friendly， kids-oriented convention. As the first and entirely Kid focused convention in Africa， KidsCon is taking the term fun and games to the next level by empowering kids to be expressive and embrace their individuality. The event is scheduled to take place from September 21 to 24， 2019 at at Gallagher Convention Centre in Midrand.

To make sure that the kids rule the playground， KidsCon is designed by Kids for Kids， which is why the KidsCon Board of Little Experts was established.

新加坡新達(dá)城國際會展中心將推出“虛擬助手”問答服務(wù)

7月16日，新加坡知名場館新達(dá)城國際會展中心宣布，將在8月6日正式推出“基礎(chǔ)虛擬助手”（簡稱EVA）。這是一個知識型的在線平臺，訪客們可以向EVA詢問關(guān)于會展中心的各種問題。

自此，訪客將不需要再寫郵件或打電話來詢問會展中心的員工，而是可以隨時隨地在線詢問EVA。至今為止，EVA已經(jīng)接受了她的多名輔導(dǎo)員一年多的訓(xùn)練，已經(jīng)做好準(zhǔn)備于下個月開始回答人們關(guān)于會展中心的各種提問。

Suntec Singapore unveils Essential Virtual Assistant

On 16 July 2019， leading meetings and conference centre， Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre （Suntec Singapore） is launching its Essential Virtual Assistant （EVA） on 6 August 2019. EVA is a knowledge-based online platform where customers can find all relevant information about Suntec Singapore. Instead of emailing or calling Suntec Singapores staff， customers can choose to query EVA anytime and anywhere. After undergoing a year of training with her mentors at Suntec Singapore， EVA will be ready to answer all questions at SuntecSingapore.com next month. “This is the EVA-lution of venue services，” said Suntec Singapore CEO Arun Madhok. “Through EVA， our customers and visitors can find all the necessary information about our Centre.”
