摘要 ? ?用大哥大紅掌組培苗作為試驗(yàn)材料,在培養(yǎng)基中添加椰汁、蘋果汁、水解酪蛋白和酵母提取物,探究不同有機(jī)添加物對不定芽增殖、壯苗、生根的影響。結(jié)果表明,1/2 MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L培養(yǎng)基添加5%蘋果汁為大哥大紅掌不定芽增殖適宜培養(yǎng)基,增殖系數(shù)達(dá)到3.413;1/2 MS培養(yǎng)基添加10%椰子汁為適宜壯苗的培養(yǎng)基;1/2 MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L培養(yǎng)基添加10%蘋果汁為適宜生根培養(yǎng)基,生根率達(dá)93%,每株苗平均生根4條。

Abstract ? ?Using the Anthurium andraeanum ′Dakote′ tissue culture seedlings as the test materials,coconut juice,apple juice,banana juice,hydro-lyzed casein and yeast extract were added to the medium to explore the effects of different organic additives on the adventitious bud proliferation,strong seedlings and rooting. The results showed that the addition of 5% apple juice into the medium of 1/2 MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L was an appropriate medium for the adventitious bud proliferation of Anthurium andraeanum ′Dakote′,with the proliferation coefficient reaching 3.413.The add-ition of 10% coconut juice into 1/2 MS medium was the suitable medium for strong seedlings.The addition of 10% apple juice into the medium of 1/2 MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L was an appropriate medium for rooting,the rooting rate reached 93%,and the average rooting number of each seedling was 4.

紅掌(Anthurium andraeanum)為天南星科(Araceae)花燭屬(Anthurium)多年生附生常綠草本花卉,又名安祖花、火鶴花,原產(chǎn)地為南美洲潮濕的熱帶雨林地區(qū),后經(jīng)人工栽培和引種,歐洲、非洲、亞洲等地都已流行。其花朵多樣且奇特,有佛焰花序高出葉面,色彩奪目鮮艷,花期較長,具有較高的觀賞性,人們對其喜愛程度越來越高,紅掌已成為當(dāng)今名貴的花卉之一。目前,紅掌主要通過植物組織培養(yǎng)技術(shù)進(jìn)行繁殖,紅掌組培苗的生產(chǎn)前景廣、發(fā)展?jié)摿Υ?,但紅掌品種眾多,大部分紅掌品種通過組織培養(yǎng)技術(shù)繁殖時仍然存在培養(yǎng)周期長、投入成本高、新品種和優(yōu)良種苗欠缺等問題[1-3],生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)仍然需要改進(jìn)?;诖?,本文用紅掌常規(guī)品種——大哥大為材料,對其不定芽增殖、壯苗和生根3個階段進(jìn)行了探究,觀察不同有機(jī)添加物對其組培苗生長的影響,目的是優(yōu)化其組織培養(yǎng)中培養(yǎng)基的組成成分,研究更快速的繁殖技術(shù),為生產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)紅掌種苗及快速繁殖育苗提供參考。
