2018年4月18日至20日，烏茲別克斯坦塔什干州州長(zhǎng)伊布拉吉莫夫率塔什干州政府代表團(tuán)一行訪問(wèn)重慶，并出席中國(guó)重慶市—烏茲別克斯坦塔什干州經(jīng)貿(mào)合作論壇，考察重慶市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展情況，與重慶市各部門(mén)、區(qū)縣和企業(yè)商洽推動(dòng)兩地在經(jīng)貿(mào)人文領(lǐng)域的互利友好合作。

雙方簽署了經(jīng)貿(mào)人文合作協(xié)議，將積極發(fā)展和促進(jìn)在經(jīng)貿(mào)、投資、物流、科技、環(huán)保、建筑、工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)，以及文化、教育、衛(wèi)生、旅游、體育等領(lǐng)域的合作。代表團(tuán)一行訪問(wèn)了重慶京天集團(tuán)，雙方就多項(xiàng)具體合作內(nèi)容簽訂協(xié)議，除了設(shè)立合資公司，還將共同設(shè)立實(shí)驗(yàn)室和研發(fā)中心、共建科技園區(qū)和機(jī)電產(chǎn)品工業(yè)園區(qū)等。這標(biāo)志著重慶清潔能源技術(shù)“走出去”邁出實(shí)質(zhì)性步伐。

From April 18th to 20th in 2018， Governor of Tashkent State of Uzbekistan， Ibragimov led a delegation of the Tashkent State Government to visit Chongqing， attended the Chongqing （China） – Tashkent （Uzbekistan） Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum， investigated the economic and social development of Chongqing， and negotiated with various departments， districts， counties and enterprises in Chongqing to promote mutually beneficial and friendly cooperation in the economic and trade and cultural fields.

Both sides have signed an economic and cultural cooperation agreement and will actively promote cooperation in many fields covering economy， trade， investment， logistics， science and technology， environmental protection， construction， industry， small and medium-sized enterprises， agriculture， and culture， education， health， tourism and sports. The delegation visited Chongqing Jontia Energy Investment （Group） Co.， Ltd. They also signed agreements on a number of specific cooperation areas including jointly building laboratories， R&D centers， science and technology parks and mechanical and electrical products industrial parks in addition to establishing a joint venture company. This marks a substantial step of Chongqing’s clean energy technology to “go global”.
