冬天來了,草地枯黃,樹上的葉子都掉光了。一片片雪花從天上飄落下來,不一會兒,地上、樹上和屋頂上都變成白色的了。蟈蟈和螞蟻們一起圍坐在火爐邊,一邊促膝談心,一邊享受著夏天儲存的美食。
蟻后:夏天的時候,你和大家講述了“動詞加后綴,變名詞”。這次,我來給大伙兒講講“動詞加后綴,變形容詞”。以后綴“-ful”為例:
1. help-helpful(樂于助人的)
She is a helpful girl. She often helps others.
她是個樂于助人的女孩。她經(jīng)常幫助其他人。
2. care-careful(小心的)
(1)Take care! 小心!
(2)Be careful! 小心!
3. use-useful(有用的)
(1)We use mobile phones to call people.
我們用手機打電話。
(2)English is a useful language.
英語是一種有用的語言。
4. cheer-cheerful(高興的)
(1)Let’s cheer together! 讓我們一起歡呼吧!
(2)He is a cheerful man. 他是一個開朗的人。
5. thank-thankful(感謝的)
(1)Thank you very much for your call. 非常感謝您的來電。
(2)I was so thankful for his support. 我對他的支持非常感謝。
6. forget-forgetful(健忘的)
(1)She never forgets her daddy’s birthday.
她從來不會忘記老爸的生日。
(2)She is a forgetful girl. 她是個健忘的女孩。
蟈蟈:還有動詞加后綴“-ing”“-ed”構(gòu)成形容詞的哦!如:
1. excite-exciting(令人興奮的)-excited(興奮的)
(1)That was an exciting football match.
那是一場令人激動的足球比賽。
(2)Sam was excited about the fashion show.
薩姆激動于這場時尚演出。
2. interest-interesting(有趣的)-interested(感興趣的)
(1)What an interesting film!多么有趣的一部電影?。?/p>
(2)Tony is interested in playing football.
托尼對踢足球很感興趣。
3. bore-boring(無趣的)-bored(感到無聊的)
(1)This party is so boring. 這個派對太無聊。
(2)He is never bored with teaching. 他對教學工作從不感到厭煩。
蟻后:常見的形容詞后綴,還有“-ous”“-able”“-less”等。如:
(1)danger-dangerous(危險的), humor-humorous(幽默的)
(2)fashion-fashionable(時尚的), reason-reasonable(合理的)
(3)home-homeless(無家可歸的), hope-hopeless(無望的)
雄蟻:你們說的都是“后綴”,有“前綴”嗎?
蟈蟈:當然!我最熟悉的“否定詞前綴”有“un-”“dis-”“im-”“in-”,如:
1. happy 快樂的;unhappy不快樂的
lucky 幸運的;unlucky 不幸的
kind和藹的;unkind不親切的
2. like喜歡;dislike不喜歡
honest 誠實的;dishonest不誠實的
appear出現(xiàn);disappear消失
3. polite有禮貌的;impolite無禮的,粗魯?shù)?/p>
patient有耐心的;impatient焦躁的,不耐煩的
possible 可能的;impossible不可能的
4. correct 正確的;incorrect不正確的
