【摘要】 目的：探討持續(xù)封閉負壓引流（VSD）聯(lián)合重組牛堿性成纖維細胞生長因子外用溶液

（rb-bFGF）沖洗治療慢性創(chuàng)面的臨床效果。方法：選取2017年1月-2018年12月本院收治的慢性創(chuàng)面修復(fù)患者106例。按照隨機數(shù)字表法將其分為對照組和觀察組，各53例。對照組給予單純VSD治療，觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合rb-bFGF沖洗治療。觀察兩組治療效果、肉芽生長狀況、臨床恢復(fù)以及并發(fā)癥情況。結(jié)果：觀察組總有效率為92.45%，高于對照組的75.47%（字2=5.675，P=0.017）;觀察組肉芽成熟率為71.70%，高于對照組的50.94%（字2=4.813，P=0.028）;治療期間，觀察組換藥次數(shù)和引流管更換次數(shù)均顯著少于對照組，且創(chuàng)面愈合時間和住院時間均顯著短于對照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;兩組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。結(jié)論：對于慢性創(chuàng)面患者，在VSD基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合rb-bFGF可顯著提高治療效果，促進肉芽的形成，縮短創(chuàng)面愈合時間，值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage（VSD）combined with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor（rb-bFGF）in the treatment of chronic wounds.

Method：A total of 106 patients with chronic wound repair admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method，they were divided into control group and observation group，53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with VSD alone，while observation group was treated with rb-bFGF irrigation on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect，granulation growth，clinical recovery and complications of two groups were observed.Result：The total effective rate of observation group was 92.45%，which was higher than 75.47% of control group（字2=5.675，P=0.017）.The granulation maturation rate of observation group was 71.70%，which was higher than 50.94% of control group（字2=4.813，P=0.028）.During the treatment period，the times of dressing change and drainage tube change in observation group were significantly less than those of control group，and the time of wound healing and hospitalization were significantly shorter than those of control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between two groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with chronic wounds，the combination of rb-bFGF on the basis of VSD can significantly improve the therapeutic effect，promote the formation of granulation and shorten the healing time of wounds，which is worthy of clinical application.
