摘要:根據(jù)換熱器優(yōu)質(zhì)高效密封焊接的要求,為實現(xiàn)鼓脹板對自動激光焊接,開發(fā)研制出了一套換熱器鼓脹板對激光焊接站。通過研制鼓脹板對自動組裝夾緊工裝及機器人龍門激光焊接設備,實現(xiàn)了鼓脹板對的自動定位、夾緊和焊接;通過研究鼓脹板對激光焊接工藝,實現(xiàn)了換熱器不銹鋼鼓脹板對長直焊縫與點焊縫的單面焊接雙面成形。經(jīng)生產(chǎn)應用表明:采用激光焊接站實現(xiàn)了換熱器鼓脹板對的全自動焊接,提高了焊縫一次合格率和生產(chǎn)效率,減小了焊接變形,增強了換熱器的密封性和耐壓效果。

Abstract: According to the requirement of high quality and high efficiency sealing welding of heat exchanger, in order to realize automatically laser welding of heat exchanger plates, a set of laser welding station for bulging plate of heat exchanger was developed. The automatic positioning, clamping and welding of the heat exchanger plates were realized by developing the automatic assembly clamping tooling of the heat exchanger plates and the laser welding equipment of the robot gantry. By studying the laser welding process, the singleside welding and doubleside forming of the long straight weld and spot weld of the stainless steel plate of the heat exchanger were achieved. The production application showed that the automatic welding of the heat exchanger plate pair was realized by using advanced laser welding technology, the primary qualification rate and production efficiency of the weld were improved, the welding deformation was reduced, and the sealing and pressure resistance of the heat exchanger were enhanced.

0 前言
板式換熱器是由若干對沖壓或鼓脹板對疊加而成,鼓脹板對是其典型結構之一,是換熱器的核心部件。單組鼓脹板對由上板和下板焊接而成,對焊接工藝要求較高。板片厚度≤1.5 mm,材質(zhì)主要為不銹鋼,板片組對后的接頭為搭接,焊接形式為長直縫焊和點焊兩種,要求單面焊接雙面成形。目前,國內(nèi)多采用電阻焊工藝,長直焊縫在電阻縫焊設備上進行焊接,而點焊縫工件需轉運到電阻點焊設備上進行二次焊接,焊接效率低,受焊接電流波動、電極頭形狀等因素影響,易出現(xiàn)焊縫外觀質(zhì)量差、內(nèi)部熔合不穩(wěn)定、工件變形大、耐壓低、易泄漏、成品返工率高等現(xiàn)象。電阻焊設備的功率大、能耗高,且滿足不了新材料(Ti合金)換熱板的焊接需求。另外,鼓脹板對的生產(chǎn),采用的夾具為手動,定位精度低,工人勞動強度大,生產(chǎn)效率低。而國外在板式換熱器制造中,已開始采用高質(zhì)高效的激光焊接工藝進行焊接。針對此情況,文中針對換熱器鼓脹板對激光自動焊接,進行自動組裝夾緊工裝及機器人龍門激光焊接設備開發(fā)研制,并對不銹鋼鼓脹板對長直焊縫與點焊縫焊接工藝進行研究,研制出了滿足換熱器板對自動化優(yōu)質(zhì)高效生產(chǎn)的激光焊接站系統(tǒng)及工藝。
1 換熱器鼓脹板對結構與技術要求
換熱器鼓脹板對材質(zhì)主要有06Cr19Ni10不銹鋼、022Cr17Ni12Mo2不銹鋼、06Cr18Ni11Ti不銹鋼、254SMo奧氏體不銹鋼、C276哈氏合金、鈦、鎳等。板片厚度 ≤1.5 mm,典型規(guī)格為401 mm×668 mm。焊接接頭為搭接接頭,分為長直焊縫和點焊(環(huán)形)焊縫兩種,如圖1所示,要求單面焊接雙面成形,焊接時間小于10 min。圖2為換熱器鼓脹板對焊接接頭。板對在焊接結束后,通過水道對換熱板對進行注水打壓,實現(xiàn)鼓脹成型,鼓脹壓力≥5 MPa(鼓脹式換熱板使用工作壓力> 1.6 MPa)。因此,對鼓脹板對焊縫成形及接頭質(zhì)量要求高。
2 激光焊接站
激光焊接站可實現(xiàn)換熱器鼓脹板對的自動定位、夾緊和機器人激光焊接。
2.1 激光焊接站組成
激光焊接站由自行研制出的地軌式龍門、機器人、激光發(fā)生器、激光焊槍、自動夾緊工裝及焊接站控制系統(tǒng)組成,如圖3所示。激光電源采用IPG公司生產(chǎn)的YLS4000S2TR光纖激光器,額定功率4 kW,光纖芯徑400 μm,波長1 070 nm。機器人選用70 kg機器人,帶3個外部軸,實現(xiàn)自制地軌龍門兩個導軌縱向與龍門橫梁橫向二維運動與機器人進行8軸協(xié)調(diào)運動;激光焊槍選用焦距為200 mm 的激光焊接頭。在該焊接頭的基礎上,增加了自制同軸氣體保護裝置,通氬氣對焊縫部位進行氣體保護。
