智能化：一直在一起不是再相遇

當(dāng)下，重慶智能產(chǎn)業(yè)勢頭正勁。

一如重慶市政府副秘書長、新聞發(fā)言人羅藺在2019年上半年重慶市經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行情況新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上所說，“科技創(chuàng)新持續(xù)發(fā)力，智能制造穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)?！?/p>

今年上半年，重慶高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)工業(yè)增加值同比增長11.3%，對(duì)全市工業(yè)增長的貢獻(xiàn)率為34.2%。其中，智能消費(fèi)設(shè)備制造增長4.2 倍，電子器件制造業(yè)增長13.7%，電子元件及電子專用材料制造增長13.3%，醫(yī)藥制造業(yè)增長8.1%。

數(shù)字背后，是去年首屆智博會(huì)成功舉辦以來，重慶深入實(shí)施以大數(shù)據(jù)智能化為引領(lǐng)的創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略行動(dòng)計(jì)劃，大力發(fā)展數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)，推動(dòng)智能制造和智慧城市建設(shè)，運(yùn)用大數(shù)據(jù)智能化服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展。

一年過去了，2019 智博會(huì)也來了。

借著這個(gè)契機(jī)，我們走進(jìn)仙桃國際大數(shù)據(jù)谷、阿里云、中國智谷·重慶、伏特貓科技，以及60多歲婆婆何世玲的“智慧生活”中，寄望透過這些“窗口”，還原“智能化：為經(jīng)濟(jì)賦能，為生活添彩”的生動(dòng)實(shí)踐。

智博會(huì)的再一次登場，只是一種節(jié)點(diǎn)的邂逅。而智能化，卻一直跟我們?cè)谝黄穑^非重逢。

At present, Chongqing is experiencing a robust intelligence industry.

As Luo Lin, deputy secretary-general of the Chongqing Municipal Government and spokesman, said at a press conference on Chongqing's economic performance in the first half of 2019, "Technological innovation continues to take hold and intelligent manufacturing is advancing steadily."

In the first half of this year, the value-added industrial output of Chongqing's high-tech industry increased by 11.3% year-on-year, contributing to 34.2% of the city's industrial growth. Among them, manufacturing of intelligent consumer equipment increased by 4.2 times, and manufacturing of electronic device, electronic components and special electronic materials, and pharmaceuticals increased by 13.7%, 13.3% and 8.1%, respectively.

Behind the numbers are Chongqing's efforts made in the implementation of the strategic action plan of innovation-driven development led by big data intelligence, vigorous development of the digital economy, promotion of intelligent manufacturing and smart city construction, and utilization of big data intelligence to serve economic and social development since the first Smart China Expo was successfully held last year.

One year later, the 2019 Smart China Expo is coming.

Taking this opportunity, we enter Xiantao International Big Data Valley, Alibaba Cloud, China's Intelligence Valley·Chongqing, Voltmao Technology, and the "Intelligent Life" of 60-yearold-some He Shiling in the hope that we can, through these "windows", restore the vivid practice of "intelligence: empowering the economy and adding luster to life."

The second Smart China Expo is just an encounter at nodes. Yet intelligence has always been with us rather than meeting us again.
