2010年6月18日，兩江新區(qū)正式掛牌成立。

2015年11月7日，中新（重慶）戰(zhàn)略性互聯(lián)互通示范項目正式啟動。

2017年4月1日，中國（重慶）自由貿易試驗區(qū)正式掛牌。

無論是果園港穿梭往返的拖車，還是南下滿載的“陸海新通道”鐵海聯(lián)運班列；無論是兩江新區(qū)雨后春筍般興起的產業(yè)園區(qū)，還是保稅港琳瑯滿目的進口商品；甚至就在節(jié)日熱鬧的街頭，普通市民的臉上，我們都能感受到春風般撲面而來的開放氣息。

“建設內陸開放高地”，正成為城市發(fā)展的主題詞。這不僅是一個目標，更是一項行動。

本期主題策劃，我們把眼光對準內陸開放，從新的格局、新的通道、新的平臺、新的環(huán)境等幾個方面，展示重慶在開放發(fā)展上所取得的經驗和成績——作為大西部開發(fā)的重要戰(zhàn)略支點、“一帶一路”與長江經濟帶聯(lián)結點，重慶正向著內陸開放高地加速邁進。

On June 18, 2010, Liangjiang New Area was officially established.

On November 7, 2015, the China-Singapore(Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Interconnection was officially established.

On April 1, 2017, China (Chongqing) Free Trade Pilot Zone was officially established.

The opening-up ambient is permeated in the breeze of spring. You will feel it almost everywhere:the trailers busy across the Guoyuan Port, the fullloaded sea-railway combined transportation; the prosperous new industrial parks in Liangjiang New Area and the numerous imported commercials at the bonded area; even on the festive streets and on faces of citizens.

“To construct an inland opening highland” has become the theme of the city development. It is not only an aim, but more of an action.

For the feature planning, we will focus on the inland opening and demonstrate the experience and achievements of Chongqing in the opening up and development in terms of new prospect, new channel,new platform and new environment. As the critical strategic pivot of the China Western Development and the joint of "the Belt and Road Initiative" and Yangtze River Economic Zone, Chongqing is marching ahead on the inland opening up highland.
