（i）作為人類(lèi)天才的創(chuàng)造力的杰作；

（ii）在一段時(shí)期內(nèi)或世界某一文化區(qū)域內(nèi)人類(lèi)價(jià)值觀的重要交流，對(duì)建筑、技術(shù)、古跡藝術(shù)、城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃或景觀設(shè)計(jì)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重大影響；

（iii）能為延續(xù)至今或業(yè)已消逝的文明或文化傳統(tǒng)提供獨(dú)特的或至少是特殊的見(jiàn)證；

（iv）是一種建筑、建筑或技術(shù)整體、或景觀的杰出范例，展現(xiàn)人類(lèi)歷史上一個(gè)（或幾個(gè)）重要階段；

（v）是傳統(tǒng)人類(lèi)居住地、土地使用或海洋開(kāi)發(fā)的杰出范例，代表一種（或幾種）文化或人類(lèi)與環(huán)境的相互作用，特別是當(dāng)它面臨不可逆變化的影響而變得脆弱；

(i) to represent a masterpiece of human creative genius;

(ii) to exhibit an important interchange of human values, over a span of time or within a cultural area of the world, on developments in architecture or technology, monumental arts, townplanning or landscape design;

(iii) to bear a unique or at least exceptional testimony to a cultural tradition or to a civilisation which is living or which has disappeared;

(iv) to be an outstanding example of a type of building, architectural or technological ensemble or landscape which illustrates (a) significant stage(s) in human history;

(v) to be an outstanding example of a traditional human settlement, land-use, or sea-use which is representative of a culture (or cultures), or human interaction with the environment especially when it has become vulnerable under the impact of irreversible change;

(vi) to be directly or tangibly associated with events or living traditions, with ideas, or with beliefs, with artistic and literary works of outstanding universal significance.
