陳敏爾出訪亞洲三國取得豐碩成果

2019年9月10日至19日，應(yīng)新加坡政府、菲律賓民主人民力量黨、斯里蘭卡統(tǒng)一國民黨邀請，中共中央政治局委員、重慶市委書記陳敏爾率中共代表團對三國進行友好訪問。

代表團緊緊圍繞服務(wù)國家外交大局，積極促進我同三國雙邊關(guān)系、黨際交往，推動地方務(wù)實合作邁上新水平。陳敏爾廣泛接觸三國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人和主要政黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人，分別會見了新加坡人民行動黨秘書長、政府總理李顯龍，新加坡人民行動黨第一助理秘書長、政府副總理兼財政部長王瑞杰，新加坡國務(wù)資政兼國家安全統(tǒng)籌部長張志賢，新加坡貿(mào)工部長陳振聲;菲律賓總統(tǒng)杜特爾特，菲律賓眾議長阿蘭·卡耶塔諾，菲律賓達沃市市長薩拉·杜特爾特，菲律賓執(zhí)政聯(lián)盟主要政黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人;斯里蘭卡總統(tǒng)西里塞納，斯里蘭卡總理維克勒馬辛哈，斯里蘭卡前總統(tǒng)拉賈帕克薩，斯里蘭卡議長卡魯·賈亞蘇里亞等政要，分別就兩黨兩國關(guān)系和共同關(guān)心的問題深入交換意見，取得了深化友好、促進合作、共謀發(fā)展的顯著成效。

代表團及重慶經(jīng)貿(mào)工作團隊與當?shù)毓ど探纭⑵髽I(yè)界、媒體界人士積極互動，重慶與新加坡、菲律賓等簽署近40項合作協(xié)議。

From September 10 to 19， 2019， at the invitation of Singapore government， PDP–Laban of the Philippines and United National Party of Sri Lanka， Chen Miner， member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee， led a CPC delegation to a friendly visit to the three countries.

The delegation focused on serving the overall situation of the country's diplomacy， actively promoting bilateral relations and inter-party exchanges between China and the three countries and pushing for practical cooperation at the local level to a new level. Chen Miner had extensive contacts with leaders of the three countries and major political parties. He met separately with Lee Hsien Loong， Secretary-General of the Singapore People's Action Party and Prime Minister of Singapore; Heng Swee Keat， First Assistant Secretary-general of the People's Action Party， Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Singapor; Teo Chee Hean，Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security of Singapore; Chan Chun Sing， Minister for Trade and Industry; Rodrigo Duterte， President of the Philippines; Alan Cayetano， Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Philippines; Sara Duterte， Mayor of Davao City， and leader of the major party of the Philippine ruling coalition; Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena; Sri Lankan Prime Minister Wickremasinghe; former Sri Lankan Prez Rajapaksa; Sri Lankan Speaker Karu Jayasuriya and other dignitaries. They exchanged in-depth views on party-to-party and country-to-country relations and issues of common concern， and achieved remarkable results in deepening friendship， promoting cooperation and seeking common development.

The delegation and the economic and trade team from Chongqing actively interacted with local businesses， enterprises and medias. Chongqing signed nearly 40 cooperation agreements with Singapore， Philippines， etc.
