摘 要：基于汽車EPS轉(zhuǎn)向助力輕便敏捷的原則，文章進行了齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向器的設(shè)計計算及校核;根據(jù)預設(shè)車輛的性能參數(shù)對齒輪齒條轉(zhuǎn)向器進行參數(shù)化建模方法，結(jié)果表明該轉(zhuǎn)向器設(shè)計方案設(shè)計合理可行。

Design and Parametric Modeling of Steering Gear of Automobile EPS System

Abstract：Based on the principle of lightness and agility of automobile EPS steering assistance， the article carries out the design calculation and verification of rack and pinion steering gear; the parameterized modeling method of rack and pinion steering gear is carried out according to the preset vehicle performance parameters， and the results show the design of the steering gear is reasonable and feasible.
