Zhang Qingping was born in Linjiang， Jilin Province， in 1961. He graduated from the Art Major of Jilin Academy of Arts in 1986. He serves as the professor and postgraduate supervisor of Northeast Normal University， a member of China Artists Association， council of Jilin Artists Association， deputy dean of Jilin Water Color Painting Arts Committee. His representative artworks were selected for multiple national grand exhibitions， and were awarded national prizes multiple times. Many of his artworks were displayed in the U.S.， Japan， Korea， and Russia.

張慶平，1961 年生于吉林省臨江市，1986年畢業(yè)于吉林藝術(shù)學(xué)院美術(shù)系。原東北師范大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院副院長(zhǎng)，現(xiàn)任東北師范大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院教授，碩士研究生導(dǎo)師，中國(guó)美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員，吉林省美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)理事，吉林省水彩畫藝術(shù)委員會(huì)副主任。作品入選七屆、八屆、九屆、十屆、十一屆全國(guó)美展；二屆、四屆、六屆、七屆、八屆、十屆全國(guó)水彩、粉畫展；中國(guó)百年水彩畫展和文化部、中國(guó)美協(xié)舉辦的大型專題性美展。作品《童年》獲1993年全國(guó)群星美術(shù)作品大展銀獎(jiǎng)，作品《嬉雪》獲第九屆全國(guó)美展優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)；作品《樂(lè)晚秋》獲紀(jì)念毛澤東“在延安文藝座談會(huì)”上的講話發(fā)表六十周年全國(guó)美展優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)；作品《雪娃》獲中國(guó)水彩畫名家精品展優(yōu)秀獎(jiǎng)；作品《寂靜的山莊》獲中國(guó)水彩畫名家精品展銅獎(jiǎng)；作品《昔日烽火地》獲紀(jì)念反法西斯戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)勝利五十周年國(guó)際美展特別獎(jiǎng)，作品多次在美國(guó)、日本、韓國(guó)、俄羅斯展出。
