Qin Shengshui graduated from the Graduate Class of Contemporary Art Creation， Academy of Arts & Design， Tsinghua University. He is a member of China Artists Association， first-Class national artists， director of China Artists Association， dean of Chinese Ox Painting and Calligraphy Creation Institute， art consultant of Taiwan Art Association， member of Anhui Artists Association， member of Hongkong Artists Association， and National Public Welfare Care Artist. Qin Shengshui is good at drawing ox， landscapes， flowers and birds. His style of paintings is “magnificent and beautiful in both physical and spiritual image”. His works have been exhibited many provincial exhibitions and in Canada. They are on display in Peoples Daily， Chinese Culture Daily， Anhui Daily， Art Daily， Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Daily， and so on， and are auctioned and collected by auction agencies， state leaders and relevant art galleries.

秦勝水，字耕者、耕夫、大牛。畢業(yè)清華大學(xué)美術(shù)學(xué)院當(dāng)代藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作研究生班，先后讀研于中國美院周韶華新水墨高研班、天津美院霍春陽傳統(tǒng)繪畫研究室。中國美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員，國家一級美術(shù)師，中國國畫家協(xié)會理事，中國牛書畫創(chuàng)作院院長，臺灣美術(shù)協(xié)會藝術(shù)顧問，安徽省美術(shù)家協(xié)會會員，香港藝術(shù)家協(xié)會會員，“全國公益愛心藝術(shù)家”。擅畫牛，兼及山水、花鳥。畫風(fēng)“雄奇秀美，形神兼得”。作品先后在北京、河北、山東、上海、浙江、安徽、四川、江西、河南、甘肅、湖北、寧夏、山西、內(nèi)蒙古、廣東、江蘇等地，以及加拿大展出，在《人民日報》《中國文化報》《安徽日報》《美術(shù)報》《中國書畫報》十余家報刊發(fā)表，被拍賣機(jī)構(gòu)征集拍賣和美術(shù)館等有關(guān)部門收藏。
